2. A Sticky Fix / Paint Job: When Manny is called in to repair a broken trophy, Felipe and Turner wind up glued together. / During a renovation of Sheet Rock Hills’ old community center, a simple paint job turns into a mess! (Originally aired September 16, 2006)
3. Tight Squeeze / Julieta’s Monster: Squeeze bemoans being the smallest tool on Manny’s team, but her size just might come in handy when the tools have to fix Mrs. Lee's washing machine. / New neighbor Señor Sanchez needs a light installed in his granddaughter Julieta's closet because she's convinced there's a monster inside. 4. Tool In A China Shop / Welcome To Sheet Rock Hills: When shelves in Mr. Kumar's china shop need to be nailed up, Pat must make an effort not to be such a klutz. / Somehow, while the team is fixing a traffic light, Squeeze ends up stuck in the sewer. (Originally aired September 18, 2006)
5. Pet Problem / Felipe’s New Job: During a repair at the pet shop, a few bunnies escape from their cage and start making an absolute mess of the store. / Felipe is feeling useless, but an accident while fixing up Mr. Laffler's toy factory proves just how important a little Phillips screwdriver can be. 6. Rusty’s Little Light Lie / Squeeze In A Pinch: The crew is supposed to install light bulbs in the marquee of a new movie theater, but someone’s broken the whole box of bulbs! / Squeeze accidentally pinches Manny’s thumb, and must learn that everyone makes mistakes sometimes. (Originally aired September 20, 2006)
7. Rusty To The Rescue / Piñata Party: When a little boy is stuck on top of a broken jungle gym, cowardly Rusty must become the hero of the day. / It’s Manny’s birthday, and to celebrate he’s set up a piñata. Wanna bet that Pat will smash it before he’s supposed to? (Originally aired September 21, 2006)
8. Pat The Screwdriver / Big Sister: A tumble down Abuelito’s front porch steps gives Pat a much harder blow to the head than he usually takes, leaving the dimwitted hammer amnesiac and convinced he’s a screwdriver. / A simple attempt to fix a crib for the Alvarez family turns into a head-on confrontation with sibling rivalry. (Originally aired September 23, 2006)
9. Supremoguy / Tool Talk: Felipe reads a comic book about a superpowered screwdriver and starts having trouble telling fiction from reality. / Today Manny must fix up a windmill on a mini-golf course, but the tools find that the course’s owner seems to be ignoring them. (Originally aired September 30, 2006)
10. Amigo Grande / Tool For Sale: When installing a flagpole at Sheet Rock Hills Elementary, the tools are confronted by a very big problem: Their size. / After accidentally napping in the wrong toolbox, Pat finds himself sold at a yard sale! (Originally aired October 7, 2006)
11. Shoe Biz / The New Kid: Somehow, “installing a new sign at a shoe store” turns into “cleaning up the store and building new shelves for it”. / When Mr. Ayala and his family move into Sheet Rock Hills, Manny is called to install a seesaw in his backyard. Unfortunately, his son Marcello's personal drama intervenes. (Originally aired October 14, 2006)
12. Time Out / Shine Bright: The town clock is an hour behind and urgently needs repair. Unfortunately, the whole town believes the clock is correct, and time suddenly seeming to jump an hour ahead could have… consequences. / A routine job repairing the school auditorium’s spotlights nearly turns into a disaster as, with Kelly’s hardware store closed, Manny is seemingly unable to acquire the parts he needs. 13. Not-So-Fast Food / Merry-Go-Round: The intercom at a local fast-food joint is out, and orders still have to be taken while Manny fixes it. The tools have the idea to relay messages between them, but this quickly turns into a game of “Telephone”. / Mayor Rosa decides it’s time to finally tear down the town’s old carousel from the park, but Manny, recalling all the good times he had on it as a child, can’t bring himself to destroy it. 14. Wonder Tool / Tool Games: Manny purchases the “Wonder Tool 3000”, a device supposedly able to perform the functions of any normal tool. Is his tool team being replaced? No, of course not, as it turns out the “Wonder Tool” isn’t quite as wonderful as the salesman claimed. / A simple job fixing a carnival’s loudspeakers goes awry as the tools just have to try out the carnival’s attractions. Ever wanted to see a pipe wrench trying to ride a mechanical bull? (Originally aired November 25, 2006)
15. A Very Handy Holiday: There’s a Christmas party at Kelly’s hardware store that Manny is all set to attend. Unfortunately, suddenly the residents of Sheet Rock Hills seem to need one emergency repair after another, and he’s running out of time to make it… (Originally aired December 16, 2006)
16. Uncle Manny / Kitty Sitting: Manny’s young nephew Chico is visiting, and his presence almost turns a simple fix into a disaster. / The tools want to adopt a kitten. This can’t end well. (Originally aired January 13, 2007)
17. Detective Dusty / Radio Rusty: When Mrs. Portillo thinks her dryer is eating her socks, Dusty takes it upon herself to answer an eternal, very important, mystery: Where do missing socks go? / A radio station needs their microphone fixed… and, due to shenanigans, Rusty has to sub in for the station’s DJ. (Originally aired January 27, 2007)
18. Join The Club / Manny’s Sick Day: While fixing a club’s treehouse, Manny is unwillingly dragged into some young boys’ social issues. / Manny falls ill, and needs some quiet bed rest. However, with seven chaotic tools around, “quiet bed rest” is… not very easy to come by. (Originally aired February 10, 2007)
19. Felipe Strikes Out / Pat’s Big Idea: A television reporter is so impressed by Turner’s speedy fix at a bowling alley that he wants to interview him. Unfortunately, he can’t tell the difference between slothead and Phillips screwdrivers, and mistakenly interviews Felipe instead. / A man gets a forklift wedged in his front door, allowing it to be proved that Pat is not the dumbest inhabitant of Sheet Rock Hills. (Originally aired April 14, 2007)
20. Cinco de Mayo / Best Repairman: Cinco de Mayo becomes “Sinko-de-Mayo”, as what should be a simple drain unclogging turns into replacing a broken pipe… and then replacing the replacement pipe because Pat broke it… / Manny is nominated as Sheet Rock Hills’s best repairman (not that he has much competition). News reporters want to interview him about the title… which unfortunately means his tools want to show off for the cameras. (Originally aired May 5, 2007)
21. Mr. Lopart’s Mother / Gopher Help: Mr. Lopart’s mother calls Manny to build her a mantel. Will he be able to finish it before her son gets home, and inevitably inserts himself into the project? / Surely catching a runaway gopher will be a simple and easy task… right? (Originally aired May 13, 2007)
22. A Very Handy Vacation: Abuelito convinces Manny to take a day off from handiwork and relax with him at Lake Nochanailin. The tools aren’t supposed to come, but they stow away in Manny’s backpack and, of course, end up getting themselves into trouble. (Originally aired June 23, 2007)
23. Abuelito’s Garden / Firehouse Tools: Abuelito tries, with the help of Manny and the tools, to do some garden work. Hilarity ensues. / Manny is called to the fire station to repair their bell, and there Pat manages to do something other than cause disaster- and gets named an honorary fireman for it. (Originally aired July 14, 2007)
24. Musica / Ice Cream Team: Manny looks through an old photo album, and the tools learn the story of how his love for repair work developed. / Repairing the freezer of an ice cream cart is a simple job, and Manny and the tools definitely won’t be forced to try and sell the ice cream before it melts… right? (Originally aired September 15, 2007)
25. Halloween / Squeeze’s Magic Show: What horrible luck! The costume shop’s owner had his sewing machine break down on Halloween. Manny and the tools will certainly be able to fix it, but will they be able to convince him that maybe he should have all his Halloween costumes already made before October 31st? / A magician’s magic box has a crack in it, and Manny goes to get some replacement wood- leaving his tools behind. Unsupervised, Squeeze decides to start up her own magic show- despite not knowing how to work any of the tricks. (Originally aired October 8, 2007)

Season 2 (October 27, 2007 - October 4, 2009)

1. Haunted Clock Tower / Oscar’s House Of 18 Smoothies: Manny and the tools have to fix Sheet Rock Hills’ clock tower, which has developed seemingly inexplicable problems. The superstitious Mayor Rosa is convinced that it’s haunted, and of course this causes the cowardly Rusty to start freaking out. / When fixing the smoothie machine in Oscar’s House Of 18 Smoothies, the tools discover that it only has 17 options. Stretch insists that an 18th smoothie flavor must be created, but the tools, being… well, tools, with no digestive systems to speak of, might not be the best for this task… (Originally aired October 27, 2007)
2. Light Work / Abuelito’s Tomates: A light fixture fix turns into a bit of a catch-22- Manny needs the power off to be able to safely work on it, but without power it’s too dark to see anything! Now, if only someone had a flashlight…. / Something keeps trampling Abuelito’s would-be prize-winning tomatoes. Manny thinks fixing his fence will solve the problem, but can a wooden fence really stop the determined wildlife? (Originally aired November 10, 2007)
3. Squeeze’s Day Off / Renaldo’s Pretzel Castle: A day off sounds lovely, right? Well, Manny is enjoying his… right up until the lack of calls convinces Squeeze that his phone must be broken, and she and the other tools decide to take it apart to try and “fix” it. / A local pretzelmaker hopes Manny will somehow be able to prevent local birds from taking bites out of his pretzels. (Originally aired November 17, 20)
4. All Tools On Deck / Tool Dance: Manny returns to Lake Nochanailin to replace the hinges on the door of Abuelito’s vacation home. While Pat, Turner, Squeeze, and Stretch are put to work, Dusty, Felipe, and Rusty decide to entertain themselves- and somehow end up stuck on a boat in the middle of the lake. / Surely repairing the disco ball at a local dance school will be a simple job, and Manny definitely won’t have to sub in for one of the dance instructors after they get injured… (Originally aired December 15, 2007)
5. Elliot Minds The Store / Squeeze Makes A Promise: Kelly’s clumsy nephew Elliot is helping out in her store today… or, at least, trying to help out in her store today. / Squeeze promises to pet-sit Mrs. Portillo’s chameleon, but of course she manages to accidentally leave the lid off the terrarium and the lizard escapes. Or does it? (Originally aired January 12, 2008)
6. Manny To The Rescue / Handy Hut: Manny and the tools are called to the fire station to repair a fire truck’s lights. Somehow, they end up having to participate in the rescue of a treed cat. / A new store named the “Handy Hut” seems to be opening soon, and Manny’s customers are all suddenly canceling their orders. Is he being replaced?! (Originally aired January 21, 2008)
7. Valentine’s Day / Mr. Lopart Moves In: On Valentine’s Day, Manny is called by Dwanye Bouffant to help him assemble a complicated gift he got for his wife. Unfortunately, the gift seems to be missing a critical component… / When flooding from a burst pipe renders his candy store unlivable for the moment, Mr. Lopart decides to temporarily move business to a neighboring building- and just so happens to select Manny’s repair shop as his new residence. (Originally aired February 14, 2008)
8. Tools For Toys / Manny’s Mouse Traps: When fixing a swing set, Manny and the tools are confronted by a very determined little girl who is convinced that Turner is her toy. / Manny is called to patch a hole in a bakery’s wall, but of course this can’t be a simple fix, and soon he has a massive mouse problem on his hands. (Originally aired February 25, 2008)
9. Skateboard Park / Cowboy Manny: Manny and the tools install a skateboard ramp in the city park. / Manny visits Francisco at his ranch, and discovers that the lock on the paddock gate needs fixing. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have the necessary replacement parts on hand, and Kelly’s hardware store is miles away… (Originally aired March 8, 2008)
10. Ups And Downs / Bloomin’ Tools: A fix at the town hall leaves Manny stuck without his tools in a broken elevator. / Manny and the tools are called by Jackie, as a window in her new home won’t open. Fixing the window is easy enough; the real problem is the window’s view, or lack thereof. (Originally aired March 22, 2008)
11. Squeeze Sticks / Basketball For All: After an accident at Kelly’s hardware store, Squeeze finds herself stuck to a magnet… and dragged all across town as the magnet latches on to various vehicles. / Manny is called over to the gym to fix a basketball hoop, but soon finds himself having a bigger problem on his hands… (Originally aired April 12, 2008)
12. Sculptor Manny / Manny Goes Solar: Manny and the tools are hired to clean out Carmela’s art studio, but when Felipe accidentally throws out a sculpture of hers made of recycled junk, Manny finds himself having to become an artist. / Manny tries to install a new electronic sign at Mr. Kumar’s shop, but power supply issues occur… (Originally aired April 22, 2008)
13. Talent Show / Abuelito's Yard Sale: As the tools try to practice their acts for a talent show, Manny discovers that something is off about the piano at the show’s venue… / While helping out at Abuelito’s yardsale, the tools accidentally sell his beloved rocking chair to Mr. Lopart. (Originally aired May 10, 2008)
14. Lost And Found / Science Fair: While making a repair at the laundromat, Manny discovers a mysterious coin, and ends up searching Sheet Rock Hills high and low to find the coin’s owner. / Manny and the tools are called to repair an air conditioner at a local elementary school before the science fair starts… but in the process of fixing the AC, two boys’ science projects are accidentally destroyed. (Originally aired May 31, 2008)
15. Sizing Things Up / Mr. Ayla’s New Car Wash: What should be a simple fix for Abuelito nearly turns into a disaster, as Stretch gets his tape caught in a skylight and is rendered unable to measure anything. / It’s opening day at Mr. Ayala’s car wash, and the business seems to be beset by one problem after another. (Originally aired June 15, 2008)
16. Happy Birthday Mr. Lopart / Scout Manny: The people of Sheet Rock Hills are preparing a surprise party for Mr. Lopart; unfortunately, someone (cough Pat cough) has accidentally broken Mrs. Lopart’s present for her son. / Manny and the tools, as well as Mr. Ayala and Marcelo, both decide to take a camping trip to Lake Nochanailin at the same time. Surely this will be a fun vacation, and nothing will go wrong… right? (Originally aired June 28, 2008)
17. Felipe’s Hiccups / Book Drop: Manny is called in by Mayor Rosa to install a new sound system in the community center. Oh, and Felipe gets a nasty case of the hiccups. / There seems to be something wrong with the library’s book drop, but when Manny tests it it works perfectly. But then why are people leaving books on the ground in front of it? (Originally aired July 21, 2008)
18. Bingo Night / Scribble Trouble: It’s bingo night at the community center, and Turner is being forced to participate. He’s unenthusiastic about it until he starts winning… but then, when he only needs one more number to win, the ball dispenser goes and breaks. / Manny is called by his sister Lola to come repaint some walls her son Chico scribbled on. The task is completed easily… until Chico decides to scribble on the freshly painted walls. (Originally aired August 30, 2008)
19. Abuelito's Telescope / Little Lopart: The tools attempt to repair Abuelito’s telescope so he can watch the meteor shower that night, but quickly become distracted by an object in the sky they believe is a UFO. / While making a repair at the candy store, Manny and the tools, along with Mrs. Lopart, are accidentally locked in the attic by Mr. Lopart. (Originally aired September 19, 2008)
20. The Big Picture / Dig It: Carmela is painting a new mural at the city hall, but something just doesn’t seem right about her work… / Manny and the tools are called to install a fence around an archaeological excavation site. How exciting! (Originally aired September 26, 2008)
21. Learning To Fly / Tools In The Candy Shop: A hot air balloon making an emergency landing in the park serves at the start of an exciting adventure for Manny and his tools. / Mr. Lopart has Manny cover for him at the candy store while Lopart goes to the dentist. (Originally aired October 3, 2008)
22. Pedal ’N’ Tools / Cock-A-Doodle-Doo: Manny and the tools help Luigi keep his hot dog stand in business. / Elliot’s new pet rooster has been crowing up a storm every sunrise, and Manny thinks he has the solution. (Originally aired October 10, 2008)
23. Bake Sale / Camping Tools: Mrs. Hillary’s bake sale fundraiser is nearly ruined when the table holding the sale’s wares collapses. / Mrs. Lee’s plan to take a family camping trip seems foiled when a broken garage door renders Lees unable to get their camping gear out of the garage. Time to call Manny! (Originally aired October 15, 2008)
24. Flicker / Manny’s Time Capsule: Manny encounters a talking flashlight, who soon becomes the newest member of Manny’s tool team. / While fixing the city hall’s plumbing, Manny and the tools discover a hidden room containing a time capsule from the day Sheet Rock Hills was founded. (Originally aired December 1, 2008)
25. Have A Handy New Year: Mr. Lopart, upset by the fact that his mother won’t be able to attend Sheet Rock Hills’ New Years’ Eve celebration, talks Manny into letting him help with the event’s preparations. Unfortunately, wherever the clumsy Mr. Lopart goes, something is always bound to go wrong… (Originally aired December 2, 2008)
26. Movie Night / Cactus Manny: Manny and the tools head out for what should be a nice night at the movies. Unfortunately, the theater’s projector picks that very night to break down… / Sheet Rock Hills is going through a water shortage, and Mrs. Portillo’s garden is dying. She hires Manny to pave over it, but he has a better idea… (Originally aired December 3, 2008)
27. Frank’s Barber Shop / Rusty’s Second Wind: Manny is called by Frank, whose barber pole has stopped working. / When the tools are called to fix a meteorologist’s equipment, Rusty must learn to overcome his fear of thunderstorms. (Originally aired December 4, 2008)
28. Special Delivery / Elliot’s New Job: Stretch has ordered a surprise package for Manny, but it might not be able to reach him when the post office’s mail-sorting machine breaks down. / Manny and the tools only wanted to rent a movie and relax, but they end up having to fix a broken popcorn machine and clean up a video store. (Originally aired March 28, 2009)
29. Arbor Day / Flicker Speaks English: It’s Arbor Day, which Manny and the tools “celebrate” by helping Jackie Greenway replant a cherry tree so it can get more sun. / Flicker decides he wants to learn English; unfortunately, upon hearing this, the tools overload him with one English word after another, too fast for him to process. (Originally aired April 18, 2009)
30. Home Sweet Home / Jackie’s Old Shed: Manny is called to help the Alvarez family pack up their belongings and move out, but ends up helping them realize that they don’t need to leave after all. / Manny and the tools help Jackie Greenway, the groundskeeper of the town park, with her recycling duties. (Originally aired April 18, 2009)
31. Danny Starr / Quinceañera: Dusty’s favorite singer is coming to hold a concert in the park, and Dusty is beside herself with excitement. Unfortunately, a broken guitar might stop Danny Starr’s show before it can begin… / Mr. Ayala has decorated the community center top to bottom in preparation for his niece’s quinceañera. Unfortunately, all of his painstakingly prepared paper flowers are shredded by an electric fan… (Originally aired June 29, 2009)
32. The Good, The Bad, And The Handy: In the process of repairing an old stone well, Manny and the tools learn the story of how, in the days of the Wild West, one clever blacksmith saved Sheet Rock Hills from drought. (Originally aired June 27, 2009)
33. Lyle & Leland Lopart / Blackout On The Block: Mr. Lopart’s poor building skills come up to haunt him big time when his nephews must compete in a soapbox derby against the nephew of Manny. / When a winter storm knocks out the power to the entire block, Manny and the tools must devise a method to keep a pet store’s worth of baby chicks warm without electricity. (Originally aired July 4, 2009)
34. A Day At The Beach / The Party Dress: Manny and the tools head out for a relaxing day at the beach. Surely nothing could go wrong… / It’s the day of the tardeada (a spring festival), and Kelly wants to wear her grandmother’s dress to the party. Unfortunately, this ends up putting her right in the line of fire when the laundromat’s motorized clothes rack suddenly goes haywire. (Originally aired July 11, 2009)
35. Manny’s Makeover / Singing Salon: While fixing Mrs. Portillo’s oven, Manny accidentally ruins his shirt. / When the record player at the Singing Salon breaks, work at the gimmicky hairdressing place is unable to continue. Time to call up the local handyman! (Originally aired July 18, 2009)
36. A Night With Abuelito / Canine Case: A snowstorm traps Manny and the tools at Abuelito’s house for a night, where they have to contend with his obnoxiously loud snoring. / Manny and the tools help Mrs. Portillo search for her dog Carlos, who has gone missing. (Originally aired July 25, 2009)
37. Saving The Turtles / Abuelito’s Siesta: Manny is called to build a bicycle path around Lake Nochanailin, but discovers a nest of turtle eggs right where the path is supposed to go. / A broken cuckoo clock leaves Abuelito unable to sleep. (Originally aired August 1, 2009)
38. Picture Perfect / Some Assembly Required: Manny visits Mr. Diller’s variety store and just so happens to be the hundredth customer, winning him one free item from the store of his choice. He decides to leave the free item up to his tools to decide; unfortunately, they can’t seem to agree on what it should be. / While constructing new playground equipment for the community center, Manny discovers that an important component is missing. He goes off to Kelly’s hardware store for a replacement, and leaves the tools behind with instructions to sort the other parts. Unfortunately, while he’s gone, the tools decide they want to complete the build themselves- without the instruction manual. (Originally aired August 8, 2009)
39. The Great Donate / Abuelito In A Fix: Marion wants Manny to build a bench for the library, but he ends up noticing another problem that needs to be fixed: The state of the library’s books. / Manny gives Abuelito a tortilla maker for his birthday, but not even five minutes into owning the device Abuelito accidentally drops and breaks it. (Originally aired September 18, 2009)
40. Handy Manny’s Motorcycle Adventure: A road trip to visit Manny’s family goes awry as Pat manages to convince himself he has a cousin and, with Squeeze and Flicker in tow, stows away in the back of a delivery truck in an attempt to find this “relative” of his. (Originally aired October 4, 2009)
41. Fun And Games / Autumn Leaves: Felipe wants to play the new Supremoguy video game, but has to stop in order to participate in a repair. / A plant in the workshop seems to be dying, no matter what the tools try to do to help it… (Originally aired October 17, 2009)

Season 3 (November 7, 2009 - February 14, 2013)

1. Pepe’s Rocket / The Best Vacation Ever: There’s going to be a rocket-flying festival in the park, and Manny’s nephew Pepe is all set to participate. However, during the test launch his rocket goes missing, and Manny and the tools don’t have much time to build him a new one… / Elliot has been planning a vacation for over a year, but just before he’s set to leave he sprains his ankle. Manny, however, has an idea- if he can’t go to a tropical island, can they bring a tropical island to him? (Originally aired November 7, 2009)
2. Mr. Lopart Sails Away / Pepe’s Agua Fresca Stand: Mr. Lopart has bought a new sailboat, and invited Manny and the tools to join him on his first voyage. Unfortunately, whenever Mr. Lopart is involved, something is bound to break… / Pepe has set up a stand selling Agua Fresca (fruit juice), but he doesn’t seem to be getting any customers… (Originally aired November 28, 2009)
3. A Whale Of A Tale / Julieta’s Loose Tooth: A simple trip to the beach turns into a race against time to return a stranded whale to the ocean. / A simple job for Señor Sanchez becomes much more complicated when Julieta loses her tooth… and then loses her tooth. (Originally aired December 7, 2009)
4. Flicker Joins The Band / Paulette’s Pizza Palace: The tools are having fun making music, but Flicker can’t seem to play any of the instruments right. / When Paulette’s dough-flattening machine is broken, the tools have to help her make pizza by hand while Manny goes to Kelly’s for a replacement part. (Originally aired December 8, 2009)
5. Which Way To The Barbeque? / Back On Track: Elliot and Kelly invite Manny and the tools to a barbeque by the shores of Lake Nochanailin, but when he arrives they’re nowhere to be found. / Mrs. Portillo’s sliding kitchen door won’t close. Looks like another job for Manny! (Originally aired December 9, 2009)
6. Francisco Comes To Town / Broken Drawbridge: Francisco visits Sheet Rock Hills with his horse Estrella; unfortunately, his trailer breaks down. The tools are supposed to watch Estrella while Manny goes for replacement parts, but of course they get careless and she manages to escape. / Manny is called to repair a drawbridge over a river; unfortunately, the broken mechanism is on the other side of the river from the handyman and his tools. (Originally aired December 10, 2009)
7. The Twisty Turn Twist / Mayor Rosa’s Chimney: The tools are called to repair a speaker at a music studio- at the same time Danny Starr is working on writing a new song. / Mayor Rosa’s chimney is falling apart. Time to call Manny! (Originally aired February 13, 2010)
