- On turn 15, Nick uses his Custom Dice to purposely land on Chance Time in an attempt to steal a Star. Vernias is initially delighted when it seems like he'll benefit... only for Nick to end up getting Sophist on the roulette to lose a Star, despite not currently having any Stars to give away. Needless to say, Vernias is not very happy about this outcome, as he starts berating Nick for his flubbed Chance Time. Nick isn't having any of it though, as he calls out Vernias' hypocrisy for not using his Custom Dice to land on Chance Time earlier when he had the chance:Vernias: THAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN THE ONE CHANCE WE COULD HAVE HAD TO SECURE US NOT BEING ABLE TO BEAT BRENT!

He fails to do so, instead giving a Star to Sophist, who's been in dead last for most of the game. Needless to say, Brent is not very happy about this outcome, as he starts roasting Sophist so hard that even Nick of all people starts calling him out as toxic:Brent: Eevee, why are you so bad at this game, man!
Sophist: I swear to God, did you not see me kicking the shit out of you for the first half of the game?!

It turns out to be pink, which Brent ends up getting right due to it being the only color left to guess, leading to Vernias getting his Star stolen. Needless to say, Vernias is not very happy about this, as Brent essentially has a guaranteed win now due to having both the Coin and Minigame Bonus Stars like always, on top the fact that this is what Vernias gets after giving Nick the victory in "We Added a Wheel of Punishments to Mario Party...", as well as how Nick of all people owns a pink sweater:Vernias: I am never going to forgive Nick for this one.

- Nick goes utterly bonkers on Animal Crossing when Vernias snatches 3 Item Boxes away from him, despite the fact that players can only hold a maximum of 2 items:Nick: Vernias! We uncovered a BROKEN Mario Party loophole...
- Halfway through the session, Nick and Brent manage to reach Lakitu and very quickly find out that his Event Space doesn't move after being landed on, meaning that they could just stay on that area of the map and repeatedly steal the other team's Stars. Sophist and Vernias try making a comeback by having the latter try landing on the Star Space to purchase 4 Stars with their Double Card and than aquire 2 more Stars afterwards with a Golden Pipe, while the former tries reaching the Capsule Machine to possibly obtain 2 Stars, potentially bringing their total Stars up to 8. But their efforts remain ineffective, as Vernias keeps missing the Star Space, while Sophist only receives a meager 3 coins from the Capsule Machine, leading to the two of them forfeiting on the final turn, marking the group's very first Mario Party game where they flatout Rage Quit.
