Ever wonder why Yes! Yes! Love Adventure GO! hasn't been updating? It's because Taka and Zito got saddled with this LP/series of streams.

For the main page, go here.

General
  • Whenever Marie shows up (and even when she's not around) Taka and Zito make sure to let everyone at home know their contempt.
  • Given how old Persona 4 is and the fact that both Zito and Taka have played it to completion, they both end up sounding really unenthusiastic when trying to pretend they don't know what's going to happen.
  • The running gag of Dojima being an awful dad who's never around, and Nanako's resulting abandonment issues.
    • This sprouts into a running joke about "momberries" after one of them suggests that the plot Memeboi and Nanako plant their garden in is her mother's grave
  • Throughout the playthrough, the two consistently make Yosuke out as a depraved stalker for the deceased Saki.
  • Zito's fever dream. It must be heard to be believed.
  • One episode has Taka and Zito arguing about what rank their social link with each other would be. Zito thinks they'd still be at rank 1, while Taka argues that they'd be around rank 6 or so because they've been through some dark stuff together. Zito tells Taka to prove that rank by killing himself for him. Taka obviously refuses, which Zito claims is proof their rank is indeed 1. When Taka asks if Zito will die for HIM, Zito just laughs his ass off.
  • Taka meant to ask if Zito wanted to romance Ayanenote ...but accidentally said ''Nanako'' instead.
Takahata101: Rank up in the Freudian arcana!
  • Taka and Zito eventually theorize that Hans Moleman is actually the true protagonist of The Simpsons, and is secretly protecting Springfield from its own Persona-esque murder plot from behind the scenes.
  • Taka revels in his ability to stream HD Hentai from his computer onto his new 4K TV.
Taka: Finally, I'm going to enjoy the porn I deserve.

Episode 1

  • Both Taka and Zito come out the gate fists swinging at Marie.
Taka: This game incorporates some fun things, and also unfortunately Marie.
  • When it comes to naming their MC what name to they choose? Memeboi Daddi. Yes, it's actually spelled like that.
  • Zito reveals that in High School he scammed people with a deck of Tarot Cards. He goes into a bit of detail by explaining that he also purchased a book that explains the Arcana and gave fortunes based on that and what the person he was reading for was looking for. As for his price, when Taka asks him to read his fortune...
Zito: That's a hundred bucks up front.
  • The two are actually surprised by how quickly the game gives them control since this is the first time they've ever played Persona 4 Golden, both mentioning how wrong it feels due to how slow the game's start is in the default version. Sure enough, after their brief moment of free roaming it takes until Episode 6 for the gameplay to begin in earnest.

Epsiode 2

  • Not even a minute into the second episode and Taka tries to stir up trouble between their LP and the channel's "main gaming team".
???: Do you seek the truth...?
Taka: I do. I do. Why are the guys so bad at Xenoverse 2?
  • They speculate what Tarantino's tenth movie will be. It's a toss up between him jacking off or him licking Uma Thurman's feet for two hours. He still gets an Oscar nomination.

Epsiode 3

  • Upon noticing a crudely drawn rabbit on a Junes advertisement, they figure it must be the work of the Junes obsessed Nanako. The kanji on the ad is the store asking her to stop sending them drawings.
  • When Zito says the viewers are probably wishing they were doing a Nuzlocke, Taka suggest playing Digimon games instead, just to spite them.

Episode 4

  • They surmise that Jackie Chan always becomes more powerful based on the fragility of what he's holding. Taka then relates how him and a friend once took part in a role-playing fight game where his friend came out dressed as Jackie Chan holding a baby. They won the tournament.
  • Zito admits that Persona 2 is his favorite in the Persona series. Taka asks if it's because it has a sunglasses wearing Hitler. He then suggests they make that the thumbnail.
Zito: No I'm not making the thumbnail to Persona 4 Hitler, with shades.

Episode 5

  • The thumbnail for the episode is an image of Saki Konishi's tombstone. The epitaph solely consists of her regretting not telling Yosuke to stop bothering her on social media.
  • They have a good laugh about how the school principal looks a lot like Dumbledore.
  • The way the school faculty announces Saki's disturbing death in such plain terms has Taka compare it to saying she moved to a farm upstate.

Episode 6

  • Taka suggests that they should do a live action escape game and film themselves solving their way out. Zito vetoes it by declaring they'd wind up dead.
  • They discuss which character portraits portray each character's "O-Face".
  • Much to Zito's vexation, Taka tries to tell the viewers that the former is open to making Rule34 fanart for cash. Too bad he can't get his Twitter handle right.

Episode 7

  • The game's portrayal of how quick Memeboi becomes 'would die for you' level friends with people has them response they'd never die for the other. Furthermore, if either needed an organ transplant, the most the other would donate is a toenail.
  • Given Teddy's penchant for ursine based puns, they're surprised when he doesn't pronounce 'berserk' as 'bearserk'. They then wonder how far the sequel will push the inevitable cat puns
Taka: It's the cat's meow, ya know.

Episode 8

  • Taka shuts down a digression about Kingdom Hearts since that's Lani, Kirran, and Grant lane, and they are solely about Persona and Digimon. Zito jokingly ask if they are in the Beyblade lane too. Taka responds that's Kaiser's lane and that the viewers should message him 'let it rip', on Twitter.

Episode 9

  • A discussion about Social Links sees Zito remark their own would still be at rank 1. While Taka argues that they'd be around rank 6, because of all the dark stuff they've been through together. Zito tells Taka to prove that rank by killing himself for him. Taka obviously refuses, which Zito claims is proof their rank is indeed 1. When Taka asks if Zito will die for HIM, Zito just laughs his ass off.
  • After going through mandatory plot for over an episode, they're happy to finally to get control of the game back. Cue the game repeatedly telling them that the areas they want to go to aren't yet available.

Episode 10

  • After Zito states his distaste for Steven Universe fans, after receiving death threats from them, Taka has this gem about all the beefs they've started on the LP:
Taka: Is this Let's Play just Ghostbusters (2016) of this channel?
    Zito: Pretty fucking much.
  • When Zito goes into another speech praising Persona 2, a miffed Taka tells the viewers to stay tuned for their LP of that game where Zito will talk about Persona 4.
    • Later, Taka explains that examples of Zito's comparisons of the games viewers might hear, are that Persona 2 is best thing since sliced bread, and Persona 4 killed Archduke Ferdinand.

Episode 11

  • They find it humorous that others are using Saki's death to flirt with the ladies. Meaning people are going to 'get laid' thanks to the murders, except Yosuke.
  • Zito's perturbed to find out that he needs to press select to make the game play 'Reach Out to The Truth'. Even though it's a single button push, he does not have, "the patience or understanding" to do so.

Episode 12

  • Between episodes, Zito grinded to the point that the game started giving him notifications to stop and focus on Social Links. They see it as the game being a parent telling them to stop playing video games and go outside.
  • The game's insistent that Memeboi get a job irks Zito, who's already working two.
  • After being given the choice of joining a sports club, Taka has them choose basketball. He solely bases this on his love of Space Jam.
  • A tangent about Pogs leads Zito to reveal that in school, he would outwit the rich kids of their $10 Pogs because they didn't know the game's rules.
  • They're flabbergasted by the school's puppet toting writing teacher. Naturally, Taka gives him Mr. Garrison's voice.

Episode 13

  • Taka makes the analogy that How I Met Your Mother, which he's just started watching, is the Diet Pepsi to Friends Classic Coca-Cola. If there's nothing else, and you hate water, it's better than nothing.
  • The appearance of a beetle enemy causes Taka to go off on a diatribe about Beetleborgs. What makes it especially funny is he compares the rant to him going down the 'hallway of his mind palace'.
  • After Taka mentions his favorite Family Guy cut-away gag is one involving the slipshod way all pizzerias make salads, Zito (who worked in a pizzeria) confirms it to be spot on.

Episode 14

  • The game's irritating constant reminders to save Yukiko, is only the programmers assuming the player is part of the stupid 50% according to Taka. Zito admits he's just above the bar for those parameters.
  • They imagine Yosuke volunteering to 'take one for the team' when they face Yukiko's amorous Shadow. Naturally it ends with him crying for an hour and the Shadow disappointed with his performance.
  • The two of them find the animation of Yukiko's Shadow falling from it's cage whenever they down it hilarious.
Taka:It always looks, and has the physics of a Jackass skit.

Episode 15

  • After receiving an item called 'Dr. Salt NEO', they regret not naming their character that.
  • Taka reverts to reading the school's PE teacher dialogue in his Shadis' voice.
  • With their newest Social Link crushing on Memeboi hard, they immediately jump on the option to ask if she's single. Too bad they don't have enough Courage.
  • The school's mathematics teacher's appearance gives the two a spook, with Zito speculating that she's dead.
  • Taka admits that in a recent podcast he forgot Philemon's name and instead started calling him Gargamel. Zito confesses that he does find that hilarious.

Episode 16

  • According to Taka, choosing a love interest outside the main characters is like voting third party: a wasted vote.
  • When Dojima ask Nanako where she'd like to go for a holiday trip, Taka jokes she wants to go to a naked Gundam cafe. Zito's question of its existence instead of immediately disbelieving Taka, is proof that it could exists.

Episode 17

  • To those viewers saying that their LP is the best on the channel, Zito corrects that they aren't so much wrong as they are delusional.
  • Looking for a job for Memeboi, Zito immediately laughs off Taka's suggestion they assist at a daycare.
  • A conversation about films they saw in theaters "non-ironically", sees Taka's embarrassing admission that he third-wheeled Twilight.
Zito: That'll be on your tombstone, "Curtis Arnott I third-wheeleded on fucking Twilight". [laughs]
    • Even more hilarious is that Taka was acting as wingman to his friend, and the friend failed to get laid.
  • After an arduous fight with a Happiness Hand, during which Taka keeps taunting that it will flee, they manage to knock it down to a sliver of health. Que the Shadow immediately running away much to Zito's irritation and Taka's great delight.

Episode 18

  • Yosuke's dismissal of Junes as a cool hangout spot in front of Nanako has the guys imagine her flipping the table and suplexing Yosuke.
  • Taka makes a dark joke about Yosuke being creepy around Nanako since the former shares a voice actress with Saki Konishi. While Taka and Zito discuss if meta like that counts as creepy, Yosuke and Nanako walk off screen together.
  • Unbelievably, Taka had been unaware of tanuki's large 'stones'.

Episode 19

  • A discussion about the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 soundtrack sees Taka assert that the song "Superman" was in the 2 not 3. Zito swears to make the LP's first and only edit about how he's totally wrong.
  • The awkward talks with Nanako reach a new high when she starts talking about Mother's Day, causing a stream of 'no's' from the guys.
Taka: Just walk in and walk on a landmine!
Zito: This isn't-this isn't a mine anymore, no dude, it's upgraded to claymore!

Episode 20

  • Zito and Taka enter fanboy mode the instant Troy Baker, aka Kanji, enters the scene.
  • Memeboi and friends' new theory basically boils down to the killer targeting people with moms. Which means Nanako will be fine.
  • The main mystery raises the inevitable hypothetical: Who on Team Four Star would be the most likely to be a serial killer? Zito immediately says KaiserNeko.
    • After discussing it further, they both decide Grant is the one they should keep an eye on.
  • An animation of Kanji chasing Yosuke and Chie around a pavilion has Zito ask when the Benny Hill theme kicks in.

Episode 21

  • Zito jokes that Kanji's flamboyant Shadow's appearance on the Midnight Channel would see Kaiser jump on the recording room's window if they were at TFS HQ.
  • The name of Taka's autobiography: Smiles Ironically. Every paragraph is ended with a winky face.
    • Of course the winky face is what causes one reader to go off the deep end and commit some insane act.
