- The bit with Grim chasing Skarr, but the best line has to be:Grim: You can't outrun Death!
Skarr: That's why I have turbo!- Shortly after the above moment:Skarr: I wonder what this one does! (pushes a button. It fires a laser which burns through his shirt and reveals the hole in his chest) Oh. Now I remember.
- After the gang come home having failed to catch Skarr, Harold points out that he gets fired from all of his jobs and got fired from his most recent one after eating all of the paper cups. Gladys overhears this and threatens to stab him with a heated pike.
- Shortly after the above moment:
- Boogey listing off everyone, including himself, who has stolen Grim's scythe.Boogey: Is it not true that not only was your scythe stolen by a headless man wearing a pumpkin on his neck, but was also taken by Billy, Mandy, Irwin, Billy's father, Billy's mother, Billy's cousin, Billy's cat, Dracula, General Skarr, Principal Goodvibes, Mrs. Claus, the Secret Snake Club, the Army, Scout Troop 701, the Sleestaks, the President, the mailman, the Dingleschmidt sisters, the Boogeyman, a llama, and a turkey salad sandwich... (ominously) hold the Mayo?
- Also from the trial:Boogey: I'd like to call to the stand my first witness (summons a flaming chair out of the lava, which gets sprayed with a fire extinguisher)... myself. (Sits down in chair and removes glasses) Hello, I'm the Boogeyman!
Mandy: *facepalm* - This exchange during the trial.Judge Roy Spleen: Does the defense have anything to say for himself?
Billy: I wanna plead guilty!
Grim: SHUT UP!
- Also from the trial:
- Grim remarking that the last time he checked, butterflies were scarier than the Boogey Man. At first, it just seems to be Grim making fun of how Boogey fails at being terrifying, but then we see a harmless shot of a butterfly that quickly becomes a horrifically detailed close-up.
- Boogey's Imagine Spot of getting Horror's Hand has a good bit of Mood Whiplash where after laughing maniacally, he then opens and closes Horror's Hand while saying "Woogedy-boo".
- Billy's musical number, "Scary-O," especially the power ballad remix at the end and Mandy remarking "Now, that's scary" after seeing Boogey jam to the song.
- When Billybot and Mandroid arrive at Billy's house, they find Harold unwrapping and licking a stick of butter and then smearing it on his chest until he notices them and closes the curtains. He then tells them that Gladys is upset over having to go back to work at the "dog-kicking factory"; what purpose such a place would have for existing is anyone's guess.
- After Irwin single-handedly rescues Mandy from Boogey with The Power of Love and breaks the nightmare spell by kissing her, her immediate reaction is that she's still in the nightmare. Irwin then tells her otherwise, causing her to retch over the side of the boat.Irwin: I AM THE GOD OF LOOOOVE!!
- Billy and Grim's exchange on Irwin suddenly taking a level in badass:Billy: Hang on; how did Irwin get so cool?
Grim: He's driven by The Power of Love.
Billy: Really?
Grim: Love makes people do all sorts of stupid things.
Billy: I love everything.
Grim: That explains a lot.
- Billy and Grim's exchange on Irwin suddenly taking a level in badass:
- The part where we find out that Numbuh 3 is the replacement Grim Reaper.Numbuh 3: Oh, hi there! It's me, Numbuh 3! I just wanted to thank you, Boogie, for giving me this opportunity! Thanks to you, in addition to my charity work and love of Rainbow Monkeys, I can now also reap the immortal souls of grown-ups, collecting my dark harvest with a cold, iron blade! Ha, ha, ha, ha! Yeah, that'll be fun!
- The Boogey Man and Creeper looking through the Gatekeeper's eye. Billy ends up eating it, causing the eye to show a live-action stomach endoscopy. Later on, the eye is back to normal, with Creeper telling Boogey he "wouldn't want to hear about it".
- The Cannibal Run, a terrifying and dangerous obstacle course between the Boogeyman and the main characters to see who gets to take the tests to win Horror's Hand. It includes locations such as Monster Island, The Bottomless Falls, The Whirlpool of Suffering, and... The Picnic Grounds Of Terror, where everyone, villains includes, take a short break for lunch.
- The Hole of Oddities, where they turn into hand puppets:Billy: AAAHHH! I'm a forearm from the waist down!
Billy, Irwin, Mandy, and Grim: AAAAAHHHHHH!- This is not the only time we see puppets. A trailer for the movie does a parody of the "Headon! Apply directly to the forehead!" commercial only to be interrupted by a Dracula puppet who says, "Dracula not hard on hearing! Dracula heard you the first time! Making Dracula head hurt."
- While passing the Sunken City Of the Witch Queen (which is really just her house), the Witch angrily tries to blast Billy, Mandy, Irwin and Grim with her magic broom. Mandy grabs Irwin's glasses and reflect the blasts back at her, turning the Witch into a toad. Unfortunately, Irwin was hit by a stray blast.Toad!Irwin: Ribbit, yo!
- The Hole of Oddities, where they turn into hand puppets:
- While climbing the stairs leading to the location of Horror's Hand, Billy remarks that they're so far up, he can see his grandmother's house from there. He's not kidding. Keep in mind that they're in the middle of the Underworld, in a huge, underground sea full of nightmares and horrors.
- With a touch of Fridge Horror kicking in when you realize Billy's grandmother may be dead and in Hell, and Billy, being childlike, may not quite comprehend the nature of death or be blissfully ignorant as to what sort of woman his grandmother really was.
- Horror's Hand turns out to be the creation of a powerful Titan named Horror, who tried to make himself fearless by channeling all his fears into his left hand, and then cutting it off. This was a ridiculously bad idea, as Horror himself lampshades. First of all, he was left-handed, so once he'd done it, he couldn't even sign his name. He also ended up being forced to be the guardian of his own former left hand, and now spends his time playing online games, and playing guitar with his teeth.
- The trials the main characters go through to be worthy of Horror's Hand, which means facing their own fears.
- Despite his claims to be fearless, Billy is afraid of clowns, spiders and the mailman. So he's confronted by a spider-clown-mailman, who turns his nose into a balloon animal while he screams in fear.
- Irwin faces a combination of being forced to perform stand-up in front of bears. The bears proceed to maul him after one line.
- Despite her looking down on Billy and Irwin for their fears, Mandy quickly gets her comeuppance when faced with her own fear: a sickeningly sweet future version of herself who's very open about her feelings and how much she really does love Grim and Billy. Oh, and she's also married to Irwin who has aged quite well.
- The "Where Are They Now?" Epilogue: Grim returns to fighting supernatural toilet clogs, Mandy takes over as captain of the Boogey Bay, Billy becomes President of the United States, Irwin falls ill due to catching mono and cooties from kissing Mandy, Skarr uses the hole in his torso as a bird feeder, Creeper makes a fortune off selling time travel pants, Billybot and Mandroid transform into spaceships and embark on a career as crimefighters, Hoss Delgado does not appear in the movie and is left watching the events on TV, the cyclops guardians get their own cooking show, the Kraken was arrested for 8-armed robbery, Numbuh 3 attempts to start her own reaping business (with less than stellar results), Horror becomes a rock god using his ability to play guitar with his teeth, Boogey becomes a shut-in after becoming afraid of everything, and Grim's scythe is quickly stolen again (this time by Dracula who uses it as a golf club). Oh, and Fred Fredburger is now the Lord of Horror. All while Boogie Wonderland plays.
