"Billy's… always fine…"

- The scene where Grim breaks down after losing his powers because of Billy, Mandy, and Irwin's constant abuse of him. What does Mandy do? She keeps insulting him.
- Mandy's nightmares during Boogey's sleeping spell are disturbing, scary, and heartbreaking. Even if she may arguably deserve it for how she treats everyone, it's pretty sad to see her go through something like this.
- When Irwin screams when the kraken takes Billy. After being stuck underwater for six hours, Mandy still insists that Billy is okay. However, she looks into the water and truly believes him to be dead, she almost starts to cry. Turns out Billy was fine, but still...
- The scene where Boogey seemingly blows up Grim. The kids are in shock by the turn of events and truly believe that Grim is gone forever. In spite of how badly they treat him, they still care about him.Billy: Mandy, this isn't fun anymore.
Mandy: For once Billy, I completely agree with you... - The scene where Mandy confronts her worst fear gives a bit of insight to just how much she might be hiding her true feelings, if what her "future self" says is anything to go by."Future Mandy": (tearing up) When I was your age, I never told Billy and Grim how important they really were to me…
- Then at the end of the movie, Mandy briefly lets her guard down around Grim, admitting that she has feelings, too… only to immediately cover it up with her usual cold demeanor.
