Total Blended Drama is an ongoing series of Total Drama fanfics by Trygve11 and his team.

The 'Total Blended' Series restarts the series from season one, Total Drama Island, and shuffles the competitors to different seasons for an entirely new story. The series sets itself apart from similar fanfictions by incorporating fan created characters from the beginning and adjusting the order of seasons, including adding several new ones to the mix.

Total Blended Island introduces twenty-eight teenagers to the debut season of the latest reality tv show. The canon cast includes Beardo (The Human Soundboard), Beth (The Wannabe), Brick (The Cadet), Cameron (The Wide-Eyed Bubble Braniac), Courtney (The CIT), Dakota (The Fame-monger), Dave (The Neatfreak), Duncan (The Delinquent), Ella (The Fairytale Princess), Heather (The Queen Bee), Izzy (The Psycho Hose Beast), Jasmine (The Outback Girl), Justin (The Male Model), Katie (The Peppy One), Leshawna (The Sister with 'Tude), Noah (The High IQ), Sammy (The Cheerleader), Scarlett (The Braniac), Scott (The Devious Guy), Shawn (The Zombie Conspiracy Nut), Sky (The Olympic Hopeful), Trent (The Musician), and Zoey (The Indie Chick). There are five fanmade characters in the fray in Chloe (The Bible Thumper), Jackson (The Slasher Film Fan), Marilyn (The Spirited Jock), Ryan (The Strategic Jock), and Tem (The City Girl).

Total Blended Revenge of the Island is the sequel to the previous season, taking place on the radioactive grounds of Camp Wawanakwa after Chris Mclean rented the island to a waste disposal company. The canon cast includes B (The Strong Silent Genius), Dawn (The Moonchild), DJ (The Brickhouse with Heart), Gwen (The Loner), Jo (The Take No Prisoners Jockette), Lightning (The Apex Jock), Lindsay (The Dumb Princess), Max (The Supervillain), Mike (The Dynamic), Owen (The Party Guy), Sierra (The Obsessed Uber-Fan), Staci (The Chatterbox), and Tyler. Fan characters involved in this season are Carmen (The Gold Digger), Carson (The Athletic Nerd), Jaiden (The Optimist), Quentin (The Military Brat), and Violet (The Gamer Chick).

Total Blended Pahkitew Island is the third season, taking place on a fully automated island. The canon cast includes Alejandro (The Handsome Devil), Anne Maria (The Jersey Girl), Amy (The Evil Twin), Bridgette (The Surfer Chick), Cody (The Geek), Eva (The Powerlifter), Ezekiel (The Homeschool), Geoff (The Party Animal), Harold (The Dweeb), Leonard (The LARPr), Rodney (The Hopeless Romantic), Sadie (The Attention Seeker), Sam (The Gamer/Couch Potato), Sugar (The Pageant Queen), and Topher (The Poser). The fanmade characters are Alexis (The Accidental Mastermind), Drew (The Eccentric Artist), Laine (The Eccentric Swimmer), Roman (The Popular Bully) and Todd (The Mapmaker).

Total Blended Action is the fourth season, taking place not on an island but on an abandoned film lot. In a first, this season will feature contestants from the canon Ridonculous Race and reboot seasons as rookies competing with returning campers. The dozen rookie cast members are the canon members: Carrie (the Hopeless Romantic), Chase (The Hypester), Devin (The Obtuse), Emma (The Breakout Star), Hezekias/Zee (The Chillaxer), Lauren (Scary Girl), Raj (The Striker), and Wayne (The Captain); and the fanon cast of Angelo (The Timid Actor), Devante (The Lazy Perfectionist), Hilde (the Punk Fighter), and Raihan (The Naive Loose Cannon). The returning cast comes from Island, Revenge, and Pahkitew. The returning campers from Blended island are Beardo, Courtney, Ella, Justin, Shawn, Sky, Tem. The returning campers from Blended Revenge are Carmen, Carson, and Jaiden. The returning campers from Blended Pahkitew are Anne Maria and Sugar.

Upcoming seasons include Blended World Tour, and possibly more.

The Blendedverse contains examples of:

  • Actually Pretty Funny: When informed of the fancy cabin's kitchen being broken, Chef mumbles:
Chef: Of all the irresponsible, inept, hilarious, stupid...
  • Adaptational Early Appearance: Due to the nature of the Blended-verse, most characters will wind up showing at least a season earlier.
    • In Total Blended Island, those who make early appearances include Beardo, Brick, Cameron, Dakota, Dave, Ella, Jasmine, Sammy, Scarlett, Scott, Shawn, Sky, and Zoey.
    • In Total Blended Revenge of the Island, Max and Sierra both make early appearances.
  • Adaptational Late Appearance: Consequently, some characters appear in later seasons than the ones they canonically debuted in.
    • Owen, Lindsay, Gwen, DJ, and Tyler all make their debut in Total Blended Revenge of the Island.
    • Alejandro, Anne Maria, Amy, Bridgette, Cody, Eva, Ezekiel, Geoff, Harold, Sadie, and Sam debut in Pahkitew Island.
  • Alternate Universe: The Blended Series takes place in one with more original characters.
  • Amplified Animal Aptitude: The animals of Wawanakwa seem to maintain this trait as in canon, with them being specifically on the payroll starting in Phobia Factor and persisting into Revenge.
  • Back for the Finale: The eliminated contestants through the first season appear in two phases. The pre merge contestants give dares to the three finalists and those eliminated in the jury phase question the last two contestants.
  • Bait-and-Switch: It initially looks like Owen found a second immunity idol in "You try looking pretty and cooking!" when he finds a cookie in the shape of Chris' head. At the elimination ceremony though, Chris reveals it is just a cookie styled to look like him available in Milton Hotels. Luckily for Owen he didn't need it to survive elimination, and Chris lets him eat the cookie as a bonus.
  • Big "SHUT UP!": Happens fairly often, but special mention goes to when the Toxic Rats tire of Staci's lies during the middle of a challenge.
  • Birthday Episode: "What a Downgrade" takes place on Tyler's birthday.
  • The Bus Came Back: When presented with the opportunity to have an eliminated contestant return in Revenge of the Island, the cast places a plurality of their votes on Owen, the third boot of the season.
  • Call-Back: The first challenge after the swap is a Fashion Challenge so Dakota comes back in with a t-shirt cannon and shoots everyone again.
  • The Cameo: The previous season's contestants make their first cameo appearance on the yacht that speeds by in the first episode of Blended Revenge, though the only characters focused on are Justin, Leshawna, and Dakota. All of them are having a good time however.
    • The first episode of Revenge has Izzy reveal that she is in fact the culprit of changing the explosives on one of the poles.
    • Episode 2 of revenge features Chloe and Scarlett revealing one of their secrets and acting as a peanut gallery for the competitors.
    • Episode 3 has Marilyn and Ryan demonstrating the Mad Skillz Obstacle Course where Ryan kicks Sierra's crush on Carson into high gear.
    • Episode 4 features Courtney and Sky as the flags in the ice fort portion of the challenge.
    • Jackson and Justin return in Episode 5 as the killer and the first victim in the night time challenge.
    • Trent and Scott are forced to chum the waters during episode 6, much to Scott's chagrin.
    • Leshawna and Sammy judge the fashion challenge in Episode 7.
    • Dave has to be rescued from the sasquatch and Tem has to temporarily take over Dakota's role when Dakota is temporarily incapacitated in Episode 8.
    • Jasmine and Shawn have to be dug up because they are Buried Alive as the cameos.
    • During the filler episode of Revenge, Duncan and Courtney, Leshawna and Heather, Brick, Scott, Marilyn, and Ryan appear in brief cutaways to give their thoughts on the remaining contestants.
    • Duncan, like in canon, shows up during the first merge challenge and winds up wreaking havoc, though here Dakota and Mr. Milton are at least partially aware of it.
    • Ella and Beth moderate two parts of the challenge in episode 12. Ella helps Fang judge the carts the campers decorate and Beth has the campers dance like her at risk of elimination from the challenge.
    • Heather is recruited by Mr. Milton during her cameo to destroy the blimp he lent to Chris and to cause havoc.
    • Episode 14 has Brick and Katie judge the food the campers make.
    • Episode 15 sees Noah delivering exposition while Commando Zoey hunts the campers.
    • Episode 16 features Cameron leading the wooly beavers on Boney Island, Beardo acting as the soundboard for the gladiator challenge, and Izzy crashing through the colosseum.
  • Censored for Comedy: Given the cast of teenagers a lot of swear words go uncensored, so when it is censored it's usually for comedy via Curse Cut Short or Sound-Effect Bleep.
  • Chekhov's Gag: Ryan being scared of bees causes him to be eliminated from the merge feast and starts up a feud between him and Marilyn.
  • Composite Character: Not a character but the second season obstacle course incorporates all the obstacles from canon revenge and the salad spinner from all stars.
  • Conversational Troping: By constant references to Survivor and other reality shows before, the references made invoke a lot of common Reality Tv Tropes.
  • Crack Ship: Ryan and Dakota are this In-Universe, but they are supported by a wooly beaver.
  • Didn't Think This Through: In Revenge, after the fashion challenge, Lightning and Jaiden end up voting against each other at elimination due to being in opposing alliances, even though they have feelings for each other and neither wants the other gone. It was later discussed in the Reunion for the season that the two of them could have voted for Lindsay like they originally wanted instead of focusing on each other, and with the votes split between the three of them they all would have gone into the tie-breaker, which Lindsay would have been more likely to lose.
  • Disgusting Public Toilet: The Confessional outhouse serves this role as in canon, at one point Duncan is knocked out after using it after a Bear uses it.
    • Similarly having to clean the communal toilets are treated as a Cool and Unusual Punishment for both Leshawna and Brick for failing separate challenges.
  • Disney Creatures of the Farce: Ella's cover of a Disney song after having some spiked tea causes animals to attack everyone during the talent competition.
  • Drama Bomb: Chris' releasing of the elimination votes after the first challenge for the merge of Revenge results in this detonating. Jo manipulates the jocks to vote out DJ by a plurality while trying to remain blindsided, Quentin reveals that he's not a fan of Owen because of his perceived unfair returning, Gwen backstabs Lindsay, Mike confesses he has DID, and Violet reveals in her vote to Lightning that they have a 'girl's thing' going on.
  • Dwindling Party: By virtue of being Voted Off the Island, but several individual challenges invoke this. The escaped psycho killer challenge, the mine challenge, and the nighttime scavenger hunt challenge invoke this in the horror sense. The bike challenge is a less horror themed aspect that leans more into a comedic tone.
  • Enemy Mine: During "The Australian Nae Nae", the Mutant Maggots and Toxic Rats get lost in the mines and several members from both teams end up meeting up and needing to work together. These include Lightning and Lindsay with Jo and Mike, Carson and Violet with Quentin, and DJ and Gwen meeting up with B.
  • Establishing Character Moment: Plenty in the first episodes of each season.
  • Executive Meddling: In-Universe Mr. Milton is forced to not only take over as an interim host with Jeeves as cohost for the filler episode before the merge. In the first true merge episode he also mandates Chris to reveal the votes. He also decides to allow the cameo of an episode, Heather, to destroy the blimp.
  • Expy Coexistence: Survivor is often referenced, with Scott himself citing Russell Hantz as who he wanted to be like.
  • Foreshadowing:
    • Ryan and Marilyn lock up in an arm wrestling match foreshadowing their continual clashes during the last half of Island.
    • Sammy and Brick are the campfire couple at the end of Island's intro, indicating that they are one of the couples together.
    • Scarlett gives Tem a death glare when Tem falls out of the outhouse confessional, foreshadowing Scarlett's later targeting of Tem.
    • In the Revenge intro Lindsay and Tyler are the campfire couple and take Mike and Zoey's spot on the raft indicating they will be a couple.
    • Sierra swoops up Carson in the intro and runs off with him, foreshadowing her attraction to Carson.
    • Mike backflips away from conversation with Violet during the intro, which indicates that Svetlana is a part of his character.
    • Lindsay mistakenly calls Mike Svito during the first half of episode 4 challenge when trying to call him Svetlana. Later in the episode Vito (as in canon) is the next personality introduced.
  • Genre Savvy: The existence of Survivor means that some contestants, like Ryan and Heather, utilize their strategies to great effect.
  • Grey-and-Gray Morality: Even in the first season, with Adaptational Heroism and Adaptational Villainy running amok, no character truly has the moral high ground over the others.
  • Impossibly Tacky Clothes: The duck Ryan is forced to dress for the fashion challenge is unfortunately forced into some of these.
  • Involuntary Group Split: Occurances of this happening take place in Blended Revenge and Blended Pahkitew when the cast are forced to go through the underground locales of each location and race to a finish line.
    • Blended Action uses this through the Alien challenge as they hunt for alien eggs.
  • In Spite of a Nail:
    • From Island:
      • Leshawna, Heather, Duncan, Trent, Courtney, Katie, Beth, Izzy, Noah, and Justin still compete this season.
      • Duncan, Courtney, and Katie still wind up on the Killer Bass and Trent, Beth, and Noah still wind up on the Screaming Gophers.
      • Duncan/Courtney and Shawn/Jasmine wind up together.
    • From Revenge:
      • Mike, Lightning, Jo, B, Dawn, and Staci still compete this season.
      • Staci stays on the Toxic Rats for her stay and is still the first one eliminated. As does Lightning on the Toxic Rats for the duration of the premerge.
      • Jo still swaps teams after a challenge but this time she goes from the Rats to the Maggots.
      • Lindsay and Tyler wind up together and Tyler goes before Lindsay.
      • Owen winds up returning post merge as an extra competitor.
      • Duncan is still the sole cameo of the "Grand Chef Auto" episode equivalent.
      • Heather is still the sole cameo of the "Up, Up, and Away" episode equivalent.
      • Jo is eliminated during the flying competition.
    • Dakota still becomes an intern when her dad bribes Chris.
    • From Pahkitew:
      • Amy, Leonard, Sugar, Topher, and Rodney still participate in this season.
    • From Action:
      • Courtney and Justin still participate in Action, and Justin is there from the very beginning.
      • The first elimination challenge is still the Alien challenge and still results in a double elimination.
    • In General:
      • Dakota and Sam still wind up together, albeit under different circumstances.
  • Killer Rabbit: A literal one bites Jackson in the butt.
    • A rather vengeful deer becomes an enemy to Scott during two challenges.
    • The primary obstacle for the Rats in the first episode of Revenge is a laser firing squirrel.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: Heather's catty attitude during the Prejury bites her in the butt when it turns out that Beardo's dare is the one that eliminates her, as in canon.
    • Carson flips on several members of the Maggots after Mike and Jo are swapped onto their team only for Violet to do the same to him.
  • Limited Wardrobe: The contestants occasionally change clothes and wardrobes with accessories but this trope is purposely Invoked as necessary, such as for abduction purposes.
  • Love Triangle: One pops up between Tem, Dave, and Sky briefly, but Tem gets over Dave and Dave moves onto Sky.
    • In the sequel season, one seems to have formed between Tyler, Quentin, and Lindsay, but it's subverted when Quentin comes out to Tyler rather bluntly and admits that he does find Tyler cute.
    • Lightning also thinks that Quentin, Jo, and DJ form one despite Jo and Quentin suffering from incompatible orientation.
  • MacGuffin Melee: This happens at the end of the blimp challenge in Revenge, where Heather, Mike, Lightning, Quentin, and Jo all fight each other over the case of prize money. Quentin ultimately gets knocked out of the blimp while holding the case, and is thus declared the winner of the challenge and given immunity.
  • Madeof Explodium: After falling into a pit, Jasmine's bike flies into the air and blows up into fireworks.
    • Taken up a notch in Revenge where a specific challenge requires blowing up a mine entrance.
  • Mass "Oh, Crap!": After Chris reveals the final pre-merge challenge is a double elimination we are treated to this:
    Jasmine: Chris
    Shawn: Can
    Ryan: Go
    Sammy: Screw
    Trent: HIMSELF!
  • Meet Cute: Jaiden points out that during the first challenge of Revenge, Lindsay and Tyler steady each other on the raft and hold each other sturdy.
  • Meta Twist: Instead of the luxury cabin blowing up in the first episode of Revenge, it's the crummy cabin, and the resulting explosion means that the other campers have to share a room with each other in the luxury cabin.
  • Mix-and-Match Critters: Dawn converses with a frog and bird hybrid during the first scene of Episode 2 in Revenge.
  • Mythology Gag:
    • Upon Courtney's elimination, Heather mentions that Boyfriend-Girlfriend is just another word for alliance.
    • Trent is eliminated in ninth. Likewise, he was the 9th camper to be introduced.
    • The incorrect bust for Katie is actually meant to be Sadie. Similarly Sammy's incorrect bust is actually Amy.
    • Cameron's incorrect head is meant to evoke his beta design that would eventually be used for the Adversity Twins.
    • On a similar note, Dakota's incorrect bust is a reference to her mutated head.
    • Scott mentions that hamsters seem oddly heroic to him when talking to Ryan.
    • The challenge for the final five elimination is based on the heavily rumored fashion competition that was supposed to take place during the final five in canon.
    • Mister Coconut makes another appearance to the final four campers, this time being Scott's totem.
    • Lindsay once misnames Gwen as "Gwuncan".
    • One of the dances Beth has the campers do is the thriller inspired dance from the drill sergeant challenge of Island.
  • Nepotism: Due to Dakota's father Mr. Milton running the network, Dakota is given one opportunity to design the fashion challenge.
    • This is also implied to be one of the reasons why Topher is invited to participate in Pahkitew Island, as Don, host of the Ridonculous Race, is his father.
  • Never Trust a Trailer: Several scenes during the next episode previews in Revenge never happen.
  • Non-Gameplay Elimination: Sky is taken out of the game because of an ankle injury.
    • Topher, meanwhile, is forcibly ejected from the game after one of his antics injures Dakota.
  • Odd Friendship: Fairly often due to the nature of the Blended-verse.
    • Island's cases notably include Heather and Leshawna befriending each other, Dave and Ryan building up a rapport in the first episode, Jackson and Marilyn deciding to stay united, and different subversions abounding.
    • Lightning is developing at least two of them in Revenge, one with Jaiden and one with Mike.
  • Oh, Crap!: Happens fairly often.
  • Original Character: Ryan the strategic Jock, Marilyn the spirited Jock, Jackson the horror fan, Chloe the bible thumper, and Tem the city girl are original characters from the first season. Revenge features Quentin the army brat, Violet the gamer, Jaiden the optimist, Carmen the gold digger, and Carson the weebish jock. Pahkitew features Roman the Jock bully, Laine the swimmer, Drew the Eccentric Artist, Alexis the accidental mastermind, and Todd the mapmaker. Action includes the four original characters of Angelo the Timid Actor, Devante the Lazy Perfectionist, Hilde the Punk Fighter, and Raihan the Impressionable.
  • Our Lawyers Advised This Trope: Several of Chris' confessionals are used to lampshade this, especially with the sasquatch cameo.
  • Out-Gambitted: Frequently happens due to contestants being involved in conflicting alliances.
  • Poor Communication Kills: The fallout from the merge in Revenge of the Island occurs because of this occurring between Quentin and Jo leaving DJ caught in the crossfire.
  • Precision F-Strike: Sammy gives one in the final episode before the merge.
  • Product Placement: In-Universe, when Dakota's father, Mr. Milton, takes on an active executive role he shoehorns his latest products in.
    • Not only does Mr Milton own the design of the fancy cabin that the campers are using together, but he also owns a toy making company and a toiletry company.
  • Reality Tv Show Mansion: The eighteen contestants of Total Blended Revenge of the Island all live together in the luxury cabin after Izzy blows up the other crummy one.
  • Rewatch Bonus:
    • Intern Dakota notably hesitates when Brick recommends they leave the craft tent after getting supplies. After Brick is captured it's revealed she was in on the plan. It also makes her Casual Danger Dialogue with the Escaped Psycho Killer with a Chainsaw and a Hook actually Jackson more justifiable.
  • Rules Lawyer: Chris uses this in at least two separate challenges.
    • The last person to cross, as in canon, the finish line of the bike challenge, has to suffer a penalty. In this case it's just a Cool and Unusual Punishment of cleaning the bathrooms.
    • Triple Dog Dare You has the fact that the conditions of the dare weren't met entirely to eliminate Heather.
    • Courtney, bound by her contract, cites this reason as why she can't help the maggots during their challenge.
    • The episode equivalent to This Is the Pits has Chris pointing out that the winnign team was the one who had the most competitors cross the finish line.
  • Running Gag:
    • A bear on the payroll has a crush on Zoey, interfering with her ability to win challenges, eventually causing pain to Heather when she tries to trick her by dressing as Zoey.
    • Post Sanity Slippage Zoey creates traps that cause her fellow competitors to lose challenges.
    • Dakota has the tendency to lose keys when people are locked up.
    • The four redheads in Total Blended Island: Izzy, Scarlett, Zoey, and Scott, suffer from sanity slippage at different points.
  • Screwed by the Lawyers: Because of timing issues with the Sasquatch's contract, he isn't able to be shown when he makes his first assumed appearance. When he does appear in the Australian Nae Nae mentions of his brief appearance in the prior episode are scrubbed.
  • Ship Tease: Quite a few, notably Shawn/Jasmine, Katie/Jackson, Dave/Sky, Duncan/Courtney, and Brick/Sammy. Revenge tosses in Jaiden/Lightning and B/Gwen for couples that get together officially after the series. Pahkitew also includes Alejandro/Alexis and Dakota/Sam.
  • Shout-Out:
    • From Island:
      • Scarlett's phobia being lizards is a reference to the Random Drama Series.
      • Jackson's fear of saltine crackers is inspired by Kickin' It, as its origins almost perfectly matches how Jerry acquired said fear.
      • The final pre-merge challenge features obstacles from Wipeout.
      • When asked why Jackson is with Zoey in the girl's room the latter responds with Japanese murder hornets, prompting Marilyn to ask:
What are you waiting for, huh?!
    • From Action:
      • Carson complains that his intro music isn't from Running with the Wind and instead comes from "Attack on Titan".
      • The Horror Challenge takes elements from both "Five Nights at Freddy's" and "Lethal Company". At one point, Carrie also winds up [[Literature/Carrie drenched in some kind of liquid while the set piece start to go haywire.]]
  • Shipper on Deck: Sammy and Ryan both shipped Sky and Dave simply because they wanted to ally with both of them, and boyfriend-girlfriend is another word for unbreakable alliance.
  • Silliness Switch: Happens during the next episode previews through Missing Trailer Scenes.
    • On one occasion, the silliness switch is kept through the next day, requiring the use of a filler episode.
  • Sliding Scale of Fourth Wall Hardness: There are two fourth walls in universe, the wall between the campers and their viewers in universe, and the wall between the characters and the fanfiction.
    • Breaking the Fourth Wall: At one point Sierra breaks the in universe Fourth Wall by demanding readers of TV Tropes to put Mr. Fanservice under Carson's trope folder.
    • Fourth-Wall Mail Slot: Readers of the fanfiction were able to send in questions that the cast could answer.
    • Fourth-Wall Observer: All characters are aware of the fourth wall in universe considering they are on a Reality TV Show but Dawn and Izzy seem to be the most aware of the fourth wall between the readers and the characters.
Izzy: Well the readers of this fanfiction are going to enjoy this montage! No fair!
Dawn: Trust me, I know what I'm doing. And I know what everyone else is doing. In fact- oh, can't spoil it. Where's the fun in that?
  • Soft Water: After Marilyn is sprayed sky high because of a water gun, she falls through the roof of a boathouse and splashes into the water.
    • Invoked Trope by Fang in Revenge of the Island. When Violet falls from her flying machine she plunges into the water to see Fang aerating the water, ostensibly to make it softer.
  • Stuff Blowing Up: Happened on Island every so often, (see Jasmine's bike), but amplified in the sequel with the yacht, one of the crummy cabins, and mount chrismore.
  • Title Drop: The season titles are said every episode during the Every Episode Ending but seasons from Revenge onward take it a step further by having the titles being said by a person on the show.
    • Gwen provides the first quote, a shout out to her first confessional on Island.
    • Sierra gives the second quote when talking about how good looking Carson is.
    • The third episode is said by Carmen when she supposedly convinces Sierra to vote out Owen rather than Tyler.
    • Gwen again gives the fourth episode title when they enter the classic kitchen after Tyler's birthday disables the one in the main cabin.
    • Episode 5's title comes from Lightning's confessional after he successfully advocates against Carmen because of her flirtatious strategy, specifically mentioning sha-booby.
    • Episode 6's title comes from a deadpan Quentin.
    • Episode 7 is titled by Jo when she refers to Mike.
    • Manitoba Smith's Badass Boast is the title of Episode 8.
    • Quentin gives the title of Episode 9 after DJ rescues him from Fang.
    • Chef shouts the title of Episode 10 when Chef throws a fish at Mike.
    • Gwen again gives the title of episode 11 when Jo throws something at her.
    • All campers remaining besides Lindsay and Owen shout the title at the latter in episode 12.
    • Heather crashes after saying the title for her cameo in episode 13.
    • Episode 14 comes from Lindsay while she complains about cooking.
    • Episode 15 has Violet give a shoutout to Dead by Daylight by dubbing the challenge Dead by Drama.
    • Pahkitew Episode 1 has Sugar excitedly shout that there is a wizard (Leonard) on the season.
    • Harold gives Episode 2's title.
    • Amy insults Sam with Episode 3's title.
    • Geoff stammers Episode 4's title in fear because of Eva.
    • Roman gloats with Episode 5's title.
    • Alexis translates Episode 6's title after explaining what pollo is.
    • Laine confesses Episode 7's title.
    • After hearing Todd referred to as a twink, Drew's curiosity on the term makes the title.
    • The next episode is a rare sentence from Todd from when Amy licked him.
    • Alejandro's complaints about eating the Juggy Chunks forms the title of episode 10.
    • Drew experiences a bout of panic and her ensuing confessional features the title phrase in episode 11.
    • Drew gives Episode 12's title when she muses about the potential skin tone of her robot baby.
    • Geoff once again shouts his confusion about Drew's avant garde act to provide Chapter 13's title.
    • Cody makes a reference to bowling in the episode 14 title.
    • The remaining six contestants each make a reference to Mr.coconut's return in the form of 'Coconut allergy' for episode 15.
    • Geoff asks Alejandro the title question of episode 16.
  • Tempting Fate: A surefire strategy to earn the ire of your teammates, as evidenced during the camping challenge.
  • Voted Off the Island: Natch.
    • The first season has the losers simply taking a boat off of the dock of shame.
    • In the second season it becomes launched off the island with a catapult (The Hurl of Shame).
    • The Hurl of Shame temporarily returns in Pahkitew Island but the primary mode of elimination is the cannon (Kaboom of Shame).
  • Vomit Chain Reaction:
    • During the Brunch of Disgustingness after the tie breaker Dakota is forced to clean up the aftereffects of one of these.
    • During Triple Dog Dare You in the finale, one starts among everyone spectating, participating, and hosting, except for Izzy after one of the finalists throws up from a dare.
  • Waxing Lyrical: During the fourth elimination Chris asks the Maggots what happened which Violet easily picks up on.
Chris: Are you just outclassed? Outgunned? Outmanned?
    Violet: Outnumbered outplanned?
  • Wild Teen Party: Tyler's birthday is seen as this, though we don't actually see why it started. Carmen hints it was Carson who started it.
  • Where Are They Now: The filler episode of Blended Revenge just after the campers officially merge has testimony from the top 7 of Blended Island.
  • Worldof Ham: Mostly Cold Ham but Ham nonetheless. Sometimes leads to Ham-to-Ham Combat.
    • Revenge takes it up a notch with Sierra, Max, Lightning, Carmen, and Owen.
