He proceeds to Troll the entirety of Brockton Bay.
This fanfic contains examples of the following:
- Adaptational Superpower Change: Taylor becomes Simurgh Lite.
- Adaptational Wimp: This fic is set pre-Locker (the Travellers haven't even joined Accord yet), so Taylor is still unpowered until she Triggers in Chapter 9.
- Amusing Injuries: Panacea struggles to wrap her mind around the cartoony injuries sustained by people who ran afoul of The Mask.
- Asian Speekee Engrish: The Mask gets a rise out of Lung by using this as part of a yellowface routine.
- Black Comedy: A frequent type of joke.

- The Cameo: The Mask recreates the Tick by force-feeding a Winslow student a stolen Cauldron Vial.
- Catapult to Glory: The Mask has several E88 members shot into the sky with a giant slingshot.
- Crack Fic: This fic is very much a cartoony parody.
- Darker and Edgier: Downplayed- while not as dark as the original comic book or canon Worm, the Mask is a bit more mean-spirited than in the Jim Carry movie.
- The story gets much darker when the Mask is defeated and captured by Walter, who then removes the mask and giving it to Coil, who then use it to take over Brockton.
- Decapitated Army: The ABB under Oni Lee are left aimless with Lung locked up following his disastrous encounter with The Mask. Oni Lee is useless in leading as his entire life was spent to only following Lung. As a result the ABB splintered.

- Averted for Hookwolf despite being being flung to the Bahamas in a parabolic arc.

- Everyone Has Standards: Getting a rise out of heroes and villains is one thing, but The Mask draws the line at outright bullying and refuses to antagonize Taylor.
- For Want Of A Nail: The Mask offing Accord before the Travellers arrive in Boston means Cody isn't sold to the Yangban.
- Groin Attack: The Mask defeats Lung by delivering a "Monkey Chestnut Smash" on his middle region.
- Herr Doktor: The Mask uses a German accent in his Mad Doctor and Mad Scientist personas.
- Home-Run Hitter: Hookwolf is on the receiving end of this, being thrown all the way to the Bahamas.
- "I Am" Song: How The Mask introduces himself to the PRT.
- I Fight for the Strongest Side!: After Lung was defeated by The Mask and imprisoned, Oni Lee gets beaten up by Walter and causing him to work for the latter.
- Invincible Villain/The Dreaded/No-Sell/Lightning Bruiser/Charles Atlas Superpower: Walter as in canon. He's the only person The Mask is terrified. Coil and Lisa are terrified even more as nothing can even scratch this guy and nothing power or other things they threw can even slow down or have effect on him.
- Impossible Theft: The Mask steals a Cauldron Vial and then feeds it to a Winslow student.
- Karmic Trickster: The Mask briefly adopts this behavior in Winslow, at the expense of Sophia, Emma, and Madison.
- Knight of Cerebus: Walter.
- Large Ham: Guess who...
- Mad Doctor: The Mask's Paper-Thin Disguise at the hospital.
- Mad Scientist: One of The Mask's disguises at Winslow.

- Musical Number Annoyance: Purity, Battery, and Miss Militia get roped by the Mask into performing a musical number together. None of them are too happy about it, Miss Militia in particular running off blushing and in tears afterwards.

- Also the Tick's reaction to a freshly-Triggered Taylor.
- The Mask have a big one when he saw Walter.
- Pet the Dog: Taylor Hebert is one of the few people The Mask doesn't deliberately antagonize.

- The Mask sings "Friends On The Other Side" to the Travellers in Boston.
- Purity, Battery, and Miss Militia are Mastered into singing a cover of the Birds Of Prey song in front of a live audience.
- Stylistic Suck: The fic is deliberately written in a fast-paced and chaotic manner that many readers find disorienting, to convey the effect The Mask has on the city.
- Taken for Granite: The Mask turns school teacher Mr. Gladly into a golden statue (with an inscription: "World's Biggest Knob"). Gladly can only move his eyes and makes muffled screams for help.
- Toon Physics: Happens whenever the Mask gets involved.
