  • "Here on the Wards, the back alley by the Markets, she's supposed to meet them right now, you can make it if you hurry." Fist, if Wrex is in your party; immediately after the line, he shoots him dead. Alternatively, if you execute him yourself immediately.
    • "Hey, I came clean, I told you about the meeting, besides, I’ve got my own problems now, the Shadow Broker wants me dead, I have to disappear. Forget about me, I’m a ghost." Fist, if you question him about being trouble again, if you execute him anyway.

  • "Orders?" Dr. Eva Core, before incapacitating the Virmire survivor and then being gunned down by Shepard for it.
  • "You may be delayed." Zymandis, the indoctrinated hanar diplomat.
  • "Got it. Upload's disabled. Looks like we're in the... Wait, he's got some kind of failsafe. Get down!" Kasumi Goto, if she wasn't loyal in Mass Effect 2. Maybe.
  • "Thanks, Shepard. Honor to work with you." Spectre Agent Jondum Bau, if Kasumi is absent and you choose to save the Hanar homeworld.
  • "It was good seeing you again, Commander." General Septimus Oraka, if you choose to order his assassination.
  • "Shepard, I... I... [sobs]" Kelly Chambers, if you press on her for giving the Illusive Man crew reports. Out of guilt and trauma from her Collector abduction, she ingests a cyanide pill from her Cerberus days.
  • "Victory... at any cost." Lieutenant Tarquin Victus, who jumps on the Cerberus-primed Turian bomb on Tuchanka to defuse it himself. He is killed when he successfully disarms it, only for it to fall on him.
  • "It's Kalros!" Urdnot Wreav OR Jorgal Thurak, depending on if Wrex is still alive. Both suffer the same fate, being attacked by the aforementioned Kalros.
  • "Genophage cured. Krogan freed. New beginning...for all of us." Dr. Mordin Solus, if he cures the genophage. With no way out of the severely damaged Shroud tower, he is vaporized by additional explosions that bring it down.
    • "My xenoscience studies range from urban to agrarian, I am the very model of-" Mordin, alternate, if you spoke to him about romance in Mass Effect 2.
    • "Not yet... [coughs] ...not yet... [coughs] ...no...[grunting] ...not...[coughs, inhales] ...not ready..." Mordin, if you shoot him in the back. He bleeds out struggling to reach the Shroud's computer console to spread the cure properly.
  • "For... eternity." Padok Wiks, if Mordin is dead and he cures the genophage.
    • "Of course you do, and somewhere deep in the fabric of reality, that choice will be remembered for eternity." Padok, if you shoot him in the back. Unlike Mordin, he is unable to summon enough strength to struggle to the console.
  • "Then... we embrace the silence." The Rachni Queen, if you leave her to die.
  • "KILL THEM! KILL THEM ALL!" The Rachni Breeder, if you leave her to die.
  • "My turn." Grunt, if the Rachni Queen/Breeder is saved and he wasn't loyal to you in Mass Effect 2.
