Takashi Kondo (born May 12, 1979) is a Japanese voice actor known for roles that tend to be pain in the asses or Smug Snakes for The Hero of each series. However, there are times he's able to pull off a raspy voice or a crazy dude quite well, so he might not be as easily typecast.
