Lists the various WWE wrestlers active following the announcement of WWE's acquisition by Endeavor, starting from April 3, 2023. Please limit associated tropes to that wrestler's time in WWE.

Bron Breakker (Bronson Rechsteiner) 2024-

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/bron_breaker_nxt.png
  • The Ace: Considered by many to the by far the best thing to come out of NXT 2.0 going into the new White and Gold era, Bron is huge and monstrously strong, absurdly agile for a man his size (capable of easily doing both the family signature Frankensteiner and a standing moonsault), technically sound as a grappler, and highly charismatic in the Steiner family's characteristic borderline-insane way. At 26. Tellingly, he has so far been the only White and Gold alum to receive a world championship match on the main roster, specifically against established legend Seth Rollins, as of late 2023.
  • Alliterative Name: Bron Breakker.
  • Animal Motifs: Dogs. His entrance graphic as of Spring Breakin' 2023 shows a "Beware of Dog" sign before changing to a text reading "I got that dog in me". His heel theme also incorporates dog barking, and he called his and Baron Corbin's tag team "the Wolfdogs".
  • Boisterous Bruiser: Ironically, during his face run Bron was an ultra-serious competitor with minor moment of levity, but only after turning heel he's unleashed his inner goofball, becoming excitable during his partnership with Baron Corbin and providing comedic moments with his moxie.
  • Early-Bird Cameo: He's one of the zombies in the lumberjack match between The Miz and Damian Priest.
  • Expy: He may be Rick's son and definitely got the athletic ability, but his look and promo style are almost all Uncle Scott. Heck, if you pull up a Bron Breakker promo next to a Scott Steiner promo, their cadences and voices even sound similar. This has gone up to eleven since his heel turn, which seems to be a straight-up adaptation of the musclebound, terrifyingly intense loose cannon that Scott portrayed in his prime on TV (and not just there according to many accounts).
    • Ironically some of his moveset has been taken from Goldberg of all people, who was a frequent enemy of his uncle Scott. He even has a Goldberg-like tattoo on his left shoulder.
  • Face/Heel Double-Turn: On the first NXT after Stand and Deliver 2023 when a rather gracious Carmelo Hayes called him out to give him his respect as a Worthy Opponent, Breakker congratulated Hayes for his NXT Championship victory before swiftly attacking both Hayes and his confidant Trick Williams, cementing a Face–Heel Turn for Bron and a Heel–Face Turn for Trick and Melo.
  • Family-Unfriendly Violence: Ended up in a feud with Von Wagner after his heel turn that culminated in him beating the hell out of Wagner, then squashing Wagner's skull in between the two pieces of the ringside stairs. NXT didn't even show it, the screen cutting to black at the moment of impact. In an online-only extra, Wagner was stretchered off and hasn't been seen since. This earned Breakker so much hate from the fans that his subsequent PLE match with Baron Corbin saw Corbin, one of the company's biggest heat magnets over his career, getting babyface heat.
  • Finishing Move: A gorilla press powerslam and the Steiner Recliner.
  • Hair-Trigger Temper: Shades of it were seen even as a babyface but now that he's turned heel, he's far more volatile.
  • Hollywood Spelling: Presumably because this made the name easy to trademark, but Breakker having two 'K's was a source of discussion and derision for a while.
  • Hot-Blooded: Definitely inherited the Steiner family intensity. To go with being young and relatively inexperienced. Some opponents have used this against him.
  • I Know Madden Kombat: He's a former NFL fullback, and he incorporates some football maneuvers into his wrestling style.
  • Manly Facial Hair: Accentuating his new villainous outlook on life, Bron grew out his already-masculine goatee into a full, sinister-looking black beard.
  • Meaningful Name: He calls himself Bron Breakker as a nod to his mentality on the football field of being out to break his opponents in half to get them out of his way; a nod extended by the existence of several semi-pro level sports teams in the United States who franchise name is the Breakers. It also contains a subtle nod to his background as the scion of the Steiner Brothers, as "break" is a synonym for "wreck", which sounds exactly like "Rech", the forgotten part of the Steiner surname.
  • Mythology Gag: Despite not directly using the Steiner name, there's something of a Running Gag of others making several references to Bron being related to the Steiner Brothers, especially his uncle Scott, with various degrees of subtlety. He wrestles in a wrestling singlet (like the brothers did during their tag team days), his entrance theme begins with a siren, he got insulted by Chucky on a Halloween Havoc edition of NXT in a manner similar to what his father went through on an episode of WCW's Nitro and Johnny Gargano once called him the "Big Bad Booty Nephew" (after his uncle's "Big Bad Booty Daddy" moniker). He has also been on both ends of a reference to Scott's infamous "Steiner Math" promo: Tommaso Ciampa once told him that he had a 33 ⅓ chance of beating him for the NXT Championship, and once champion, Bron told Ilja Dragunov and JD McDonagh that if they had a triple threat match, each one of them would have (you guessed it) a 33 ⅓ chance of winning.
  • Wrestling Family: He's the son of Rick Steiner and the nephew of the (in)famous Scott Steiner. Following the Steiner Brothers' induction into the WWE Hall of Fame, his father was incorporated into his feud with Joe Gacy, with the progressive cultist attacking Rick to get to Bron.

Cameron Grimes (Trevor Caddell) 2023-2024

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/cameron_grime_nxt.png
  • Affectionate Parody: Grimes' rich gimmick in NXT is basically a less effectual Ted DiBiase. He's even brought out the infamous 'dribble basketball X times for cash' segment— only with far less success. Then when LA Knight beat Grimes for the Million Dollar Championship, and on the next show thanked DiBiase for the opportunity by punching him in the face, Grimes ran out to defend him, cementing his Heel–Face Turn.
  • Always Someone Better: He tries to flaunt his wealth, only to be constantly outdone by Ted DiBiase.
  • Carpet of Virility: Sports noticeably thick chest hair along with his beard.
  • Catchphrase: "To... the... MOON!"
  • Deep South: Is from North Carolina and sports a noticeably thick accent.
  • Establishing Character Moment: In his first match on the main roster, he managed to beat Baron Corbin in under 5 seconds.
  • Finishing Move: The Cave-In, a Goomba Stomp quick enough to make it an effective One-Hit Kill.
  • Heel–Face Turn: He came out to protect Ted DiBiase from LA Knight's attack, establishing himself as a heroic character.
  • Meaningful Name: "Grimes" refers to his physical, one could almost argue 'dirty' style of wrestling. "Cameron" is a Shout-Out to his birthplace of Cameron, North Carolina.
  • Money Song: His newest theme song, "Stackin' Money", basically tells the listener about how he got his wealth.
  • Nouveau Riche: He managed to get rich by investing in GameStop and Dogecoin, getting so much money that he doesn't know what to do with it and just throwing wads of cash away.
  • Oh, Crap!: When it was announced that Grimes would be going one-on-one in a "Haunted House of Terrors" match with resident Creepy Good Stalker without a Crush Dexter Lumis, Grimes' ever-present shit-eating grin slid off his face instantly.
  • Red Baron: "The Technical Savage".
  • Signature Move: The "Collision Course", a Fallaway Moonsault Slam. It's usually used as a counter to the crossbody.
  • Sitcom Archnemesis: Ted DiBiase has shown up as one for Grimes in his new gimmick— much to the delight of longtime WWE fans.
  • Squash Match: Uncommonly for non-monster heel types, he's been on the giving end of a couple of these. Once beat Sean Maluta with one move in just under 8 seconds. Did exactly the same to Baron Corbin in his main roster debut.
  • Troll: His heel character is basically a country boy with an extremely loud mouth that likes poking the proverbial bear.
  • Visual Pun: Showed up in a Halloween party segment dressed as an astronaut. Think about it.

Carmelo Hayes (Christian Brigham) 2024-

  • Face/Heel Double-Turn: He and Trick Williams were showing signs of a Heel–Face Turn during his rivalry with Bron Breakker, showing respect to the second-generation Steiner and then-face of the current NXT era. After winning the NXT Championship in Stand and Deliver 2023, Hayes called out Breakker to once again show him respect. After Bron came out and returned this respect, however, he turned and attacked Carmelo and Trick unprovoked, adding his own Face–Heel Turn to complete the double turn.
  • Face–Heel Turn: At NXT Vengeance Day on February 4, Hayes and Williams failed to win the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, which was won by Baron Corbin and Bron Breakker. Later that night, after Williams failed to win the NXT Championship from Ilja Dragunov, Hayes attacked Williams with a steel chair, ending their partnership and turning heel in the process.
  • Took a Level in Jerkass: After winning the NXT Breakout Tournament, he brought in Trick Williams to watch his back, and Trick promptly convinced him to get a lot more egotistical. He also captured the North American Championship from Isaiah "Swerve" Scott by taking his guaranteed championship opportunity just moments after Swerve had gone through a grueling defense, in a direct mirror to the main roster's Money in the Bank concept.
  • Tournament Arc: Winner of the 2021 NXT Breakout Tournament.

Odyssey Jones (Omari Jahi Palmer) 2023-

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/odyssey_jones_nxt.png
  • Big Fun: 400+ pounds with a personality as huge and as colorful as his singlets.
  • Death from Above: Settled on a diving splash from the second rope as his finisher.
  • Tournament Arc: Was introduced in the 2021 NXT Breakout Tournament, where he was the runner-up.

Dragon Lee

  • Masked Luchador: He's one of the many mask-wearing luchadors in recent years.
  • Wrestling Family: He's the member of the prestigious Muñoz family, with his father Toro Blanco and his older brothers RUSH and Dralistico.

JD McDonagh (Jordan Devlin) 2023-

See also: The Judgment Day
  • Catchphrase: "Never bet against the Ace."
  • Cool Teacher: Or at least had a very well-known one. He is one of several students of Irish veteran Fergal Devitt (also known as Finn Balor). In reference to this real-life relationship, he was attached to Balor not long after debuting, introduced as an old friend, and has tried to ingratiate himself into Balor's Judgment Day stable - with wildly mixed results.
  • Fighting Irish
  • Meaningful Rename: JD stands for Jordan Devlin and McDonagh is one of a rarer surname of Ireland.
  • Power Stable: The Judgment Day
  • Red Baron: "The Irish Ace".
  • Smug Snake: Would you expect anything less of a guy that calls himself "The Irish Ace"?
  • Sudden Sequel Heel Syndrome: Was a bonafide Babyface during his NXT UK run, but once he joined the main NXT brand, he reappears as an arrogant Heel.

Xyon Quinn (Daniel Vidot) 2023-2024

Von Wagner (Calvin Bloom) 2023-2024

  • The Brute: For Robert Stone. Transitioned into The Big Guy after his Heel–Face Turn.
  • Early-Bird Cameo: Had a random cameo on SmackDown (as Adam Pierce's bodyguard) several months into his NXT run.
  • Put on the Bus: On April 22, 2024, it was reported that Wagner had been released from WWE.
  • Wrestling Family: His father is professional wrestler Wayne Bloom, better known to WWE fans as Beau Beverly of the Beverly Brothers.

Grayson Waller (Matt Farelly) 2023-
