Gas Mask, Longcoat: He wears a long green coat and a gas mask that he rarely takes off.
Sizeshifter: Can change the size of whatever he tsars.
Super Serum: Uses these to give himself temporary powers.
Super-Strength: He's extremely strong. So strong that he punches through walls without much effort and can throw pieces of concrete larger than himself.
Super-Toughness: Survived a multi-story fall that ended up wrecking a major part of a city. He has also been burnt, crushed, cut up before finally dying due to a grenade (which was more like a mini fuel bomb).
