"Lord Smiley Face"
A god-like entity worshipped by the gnomes of the Inn. Better known as Loraine.

Big Jack
Big Jack was once a mouse that wished he could be part of the gnomes' community. Thanks to the efforts of the Knight, he had his wish granted.
- Big Fun: He's a friendly, kindhearted guy that is three times as tall as any gnome and so fat that he's nearly spherical.
- Friend to All Children: He acted as the Little Princess' guide, protector, and only friend while she was shrunken in Inn? Nightmare story.
- I Just Want to Have Friends: The reason he turned himself into a gnome in the first place is that he was lonely as a mouse and wanted to be accepted into gnome society for companionship.
- Kevlard: Nothing in World 6 can hurt him, not even "Lord Smiley Face" repeatedly slamming her hand down on top of him. Unfortunately this doesn't save him from a Goomba Stomp in World 10 Nightmare.
- Sacrificial Lamb: Is killed by an Invader in World 10 Nightmare via Goomba Stomp.
- Vacuum Mouth: When he's traveling with your party, he can do this to protect your group with his girth.
- Voluntary Shapeshifting: Mice in this setting can change themselves into a copy of anyone they eat the toenail of. Big Jack ate the toenail of a gnome, so now he's a gnome. Albeit one that is still just as tall and heavy as he was as a mouse, making him tower over any other gnomes.
Aidan
A heroic Gnome renowned in the tiny Inn community, Aiden nearly died during an Invader attack to protect "Lord Smiley Face". Luckily, a Gnome inventor gave him a second chance as a cyborg, while also specially designing him to control a "human-sized" mecha made using Invader armor named Oghma.

Fairy
An unnamed malicious fairy who lives in Heavenhold's Inn. She shrank the Knight under the orders of a mysterious group she refers to as the Inquisitors and happily antagonizes the Knight all through World 6.
- Cute Is Evil: She's a small fairy decked out in pink and frills that takes sadistic delight in tormenting her victims.
- For the Evulz: She loves to aggravate and harass the gnomes of the inn with tricks that can easily be lethal.
- How the Mighty Have Fallen: After the Knight eventually cornered and defeated her, she is forced to work in a prison labor camp by the gnomes for her crimes against them.
- Killer Rabbit: She's a fairy small enough to ride a ladybug, but capable of shrinking normal-sized people down to her scale and raining hell on them by conjuring fire and beams.
