The Thorian
- Eldritch Abomination: Since it's a spirit, arguably even more so than in canon.
- More than Mind Control: Via its spores. However, the effects still die when it does.
The Meretsegger
- The Dreaded: This thing is dangerous enough to make Shepard run away screaming, and the recommended method for dealing with it is to run as far away as you can and pray it doesn't follow you.
- Eldritch Abomination: The chief death spirit for Tuchanka.
- Run or Die: How it is dealt with. Even the Krogan will not judge someone who runs away from it; either you're smart enough to run, or dumb enough to stay.
- The Worf Effect: Despite most of the other tropes describing it, the Meretsegger is ultimately destroyed by a manifestation of the Harbinger's power, demonstrating that despite the galaxy's best efforts, the Reapers are still far from defeat.
- This Means War!: Upon discovering what the Reapers do to their victims, he declares that "THIS! WILL! NOT! STAND!" and proceeds to go kill one, declaring that this is the fate that awaits any other Reapers who dare trespass on Tuchanka.
Nataraja
- Eldritch Abomination: A gigantic dark spirit termed a Rakshasa.
- The Reveal: Both it and Vaatu are revealed to be Reaper weapons.
Iacobus
- Benevolent Precursors: The patron spirit of the turians, and noted to be the only one they might consider worshipping.
- Big Damn Heroes: He shows up in time to save Shepard from Nataraja.
- Noodle Incident: He apparently knows of the Avatar; how is not clear.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Leaves the Hierarchy behind after being disgusted by how far they had fallen; while he still approves of individual turians, is fed up with most of them.
- The Cavalry: When the peoples of the galaxy give the defense of Palaven their all and demonstrate unyielding bravery in the face of certain death, culminating in the Miracle of Palaven where a number of Reapers are outright destroyed, Iacobus returns to preserve the lives of Kal'Reegar and many other heroic figures.
Kalros
- Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever: Like in canon.
- Sand Worm: The Grandmother of All Thresher Maws.
