  • Evil Redhead: She's got red hair and is a budding serial killer.
  • Face–Heel Turn: In Part One, she is just a normal teenage girl, and seemed like a decent enough person, but then she murders the girls who bullied her and, by Part Two, she is willing to murder innocent people who didn't do anything to her.
  • Moral Sociopathy: She's got a very loose moral compass and a major sadistic streak but is capable of genuine love for others and will generally avoid going after anyone who hasn't done anything wrong.
  • Pint-Sized Powerhouse: She is only about five feet tall but is able to take down much bigger opponents, usually by fighting dirty.

    Maya

Played by: Paris Jackson
  • Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: She seems very nice but only invited Scarlett to her house to humiliate her.
  • The Bully: She manipulated Scarlett into trusting her to confide in her about her BDSM fetish, and was livestreaming the whole thing so her classmates would see it.
  • Kick the Dog: She humiliates Scarlett in front of the school just for fun.
  • Manipulative Bastard: She gets Scarlett to trust her just to ruin her reputation.
  • Pet the Dog: She eventually eases up towards Scarlett and abandons her plans for revenge, allowing her to say goodbye to her dads and leave the house.
  • Took a Level in Kindness: Dying makes her considerably nicer, acknowledging that she was awful to Scarlett and growing to live happily with Ruby and the others.

    Ruby McDaniel

Ruby McDaniel

Scarlett's girlfriend.
Played by: Kaia Gerber
  • Abusive Parents: Her parents faked their death and sold her to an uncle who tortured her for fun and is all but stated to have been sexually abusive and later revealed they weren't actually her parents, just people who kidnapped and sold her.
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: As sadistic as she is, she genuinely loves Scarlett and grows to care similarly about Troy and Michael.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: As much as she may not like her, she refuses to let Maya and her friends hurt Shanti out of loyalty to Scarlett.
  • Freudian Excuse: She was kidnapped at a young age and sold between people who used her for sadistic torture and abuse, leaving her with an extreme anger towards the world.
  • Sadist: She gets pleasure out of making people suffer, including innocent people.

    Dr. Andi Grant

Andi Grant

A therapist hired by Troy and Michael for Scarlett.
Played by: Merrin Dungey

    Adam

Adam

A contractor hired by Troy to renovate the Murder House.
Played by: Aaron Tveit
  • Asshole Victim: He tries to blackmail Michael and Troy into having sex with him, and murders Martin, so he really had it coming when Ruby stabbed him.

    Tony Peterson

Tony Peterson

  • Asshole Victim: It is pretty satisfying when Scarlett murders him.
  • Hate Sink: He's the only person in the story to have no redeeming or sympathetic traits whatsoever.
  • Sadist: He relentlessly tortured poor Ruby, physically and emotionally, just for enjoyment.

Drive In

    Kelley

Kelley

Played by: Madison Bailey
  • Uncertain Doom: Rabbit Rabbit is displayed as a "Trending New Title" on her computer while she and Chad aren't paying attention, and what happens after isn't shown before the episode ends.

    Chad

Chad

Played by: Rhenzy Feliz
  • Uncertain Doom: Rabbit Rabbit is displayed as a "Trending New Title" on Kelley's computer while he and Kelley aren't paying attention, and what happens after isn't shown before the episode ends.

    Rabid Ruth

Rabid Ruth

Played by: Naomi Grossman
  • Cassandra Truth: She was right about the movie Rabbit Rabbit causing people to become violent and kill each other.

    Larry Bitterman

Larry Bitterman

  • Asshole Victim: He gets kneecapped by Chad and Kelley and is left to burn to death in his trailer.
  • The Bad Guy Wins: He doesn't live to see it, but Rabbit Rabbit ends up being broadcast for the entire public on Netflix, just like he intended.
  • Big Bad: Of "Drive In", being the creator of Rabbit Rabbit.
  • Bloodbath Villain Origin: His backstory is described as him being put on trial after his movie caused the audience to go insane and tear each other apart.
  • Brown Note: His movie was created with audio and visual stimuli that drive people insane.
  • Evil Cannot Comprehend Good: He doesn't understand basic human empathy, and seems dumbfounded when Chad and Kelley confront him for killing their friends.
  • Faux Affably Evil: When confronted by Chad and Kelley at the end, he explains both the film and his motives in a very friendly and casual way, despite being a psychopathic mass murderer.
  • It's All About Me: Larry simply does not understand why Chad and Kelley are angry at him even though he killed all their friends, because in his mind, they've just participated in his legendary work of art and should be grateful to him.
  • Lack of Empathy: Is totally unconcerned with the pile of bodies his movie leaves behind.
  • Mad Artist: He created a film that sends anyone who sees it into a violent frenzy for the art.
  • Mad Scientist: Has shades of this. Rabbit Rabbit uses subliminal signals to trigger the human brain, implying that Larry has some kind of understanding of psychology and neurology.
  • Maybe Magic, Maybe Mundane: While he claims that Rabbit Rabbit merely uses subliminal signals to make people go insane, the behavior and even the look of its victims are eerily similar to the type of Demonic Possession we see in the main series.
  • My Death Is Just the Beginning: Warns Chad and Kelley that killing him won't stop his movie from reaching the masses. He's right— he sold the film to Netflix.
  • Narcissist: And how. He is utterly convinced that his movie is work of art that will be revered in film history and that he will go down as a cinematic legend, completely disregarding the hundreds of people that die from watching it.
  • Non-Action Big Bad: Due to the nature of his movie making others kill each other, Larry never actually has to kill anyone directly.
  • Sadist: When confronted by Chad and Kelley at the end, Larry smiles and tells him to describe the carnage his movie caused, since he couldn't be there to witness it.
  • The Sociopath: A high-functioning example. Larry seems like a pretty chill guy, but his self-obsession and total lack of empathy make it clear just how evil he really is.
  • Villainous Breakdown: Screams and rants about how they haven't won yet when Chad and Kelley leave him to die at the end.

    Wyatt

Wyatt

Played by: Charles Melton

    "Santa"

"Santa"

  • Revenge: He kills the Bro House guys because they made fun of him.

BA'AL

    Liv Whitley

Liv Whitley

Played by: Billie Lourd
The protagonist of BA'AL, who wants to have a baby.
  • Batman Gambit: Once she finds out that BA'AL isn't real (at least not the one she saw), and that Matt planned it to get her out of his life, she summoned the real BA'AL and had him kill Matt's friends and have Matt framed for it, and let him rot in prison.

    Matt Webb

Matt Webb

Played by: Ronen Rubinstein
Liv's husband and an actor.
  • Asshole Victim: He set up a whole elaborate scheme make his wife believe that a demon was trying to take her baby's soul, so she would accidentally injure him and get her sent to a mental hospital and out of his life. He ends up in prison after being wrongfully convicted of murdering his friends, and Liv lets him rot in prison.
  • Pet the Dog: The one moment he shows he has a conscience is when he warns Liv not to go to their house because there's an actual demon there, although, unbeknownst to Matt, she is actually working with him.

    BA'AL

BA'AL

Played by: Dane DiLiegro
An ancient demon believed to grant fertility to women.
  • Big Red Devil: When not covered in shadow, he looks like a tall, imposing red demon.
  • Mystical Pregnancy: Can give fertility to women, allowing Liv to have a child. Except that was the result of Matt allowing himself to release sperm at that time. The real one Liv summons can do this, although he does it in a...different way.
  • Real After All: No one seems to believe Liv when BA'AL starts to target her child. Until it was revealed that Matt and his friends gaslit Liv to get her out of his life. Then she summons the actual BA'AL, using the "fake" ritual made by Bernadette.
