It started as a really funny Power Rangers-like Deconstructive Parody (and even Crack Fic elements), with the battles getting more and more Crazy Awesome (and funny too), while the collateral damage to the titular city getting worse and worse after every enemy attack, the fic has started to show an interesting plot in latter chapter, getting a more serious tune, with the villains of each series making a team up, but there's more plans and factions there, and, even if it's in the first chapters, there's space for reasonable Character Development, especially on Shinji. Loads And Loads Of Characters and it's pretty interesting to see their reactions. The only down point until now is some mispelling and that Rossiu doesn't take a break on his bashing, but still recommended.
