Don't cut this. It's a proper work page for a published webcomic. At the time of cutlisting, it was thought to be a ghost because the author had blanked the page.

No, the page had been originally blanked because:

2- I am new and have no idea how to delete this duplicate work page.

At this point, we try and figure out which page is the right version. The actual site for the webcomic spells it Barxotka with an otka, but the version you link to has okta. I think the proper page is this one and the other is a misspelling, but I'm not sure.

Okay, sorted. Both duplicate pages — in Admin/ and with "okta" should be cut, but not this one. In case a cutmaster is sleepy and deletes this by accident, I can save a version on my computer to restore it.
