I moved this example off the page due to a lack of source; which video is it from?

You Gotta Have Blue Hair: Colorful hair is used to help viewers in distinguishing anime characters just by looking at them. In real-life, people just maintain their natural hair color in public, especially in schools where dress code is followed.
