Karma Houdini: While suffering a humiliating defeat, Chrysalis is no worse off than she already was, has learned the location of the Elements of Harmony, and has harassed the heroines with them being none the wiser. Chrysalis also learned the Tree of Harmony could tell the real Mane Six from impostors, and deal with said impostors with extreme prejudice (turning them back into pieces of wood in a brutal Family-Unfriendly Death). So seeing that failure means she'll need a much better plan.
This can be debated, as the episode establishes that Chrysalis is destined to fail (screwing up a plan on her own that it took her at least 9 months to think of), and will likely lose what's left of her mind obsessing over a revenge she'll never get, all the while suffering Villain Decay. All this together is arguably worse than death.
