That one because it's misuse. It's not "this person has worked with a lot of people" but "this person is so popular that he gets gratuitous cameos to sell copies." Most of those people are more popular than Drake, and considering they're collaborations it's probably not just a token appearance or cameo solely to pander.
If it is, then it's insufficient context. But as written, it seems like misuse.

Why was Wolverine Publicity removed? It appeared to have proper context and it was about his music rather than Drake himself.
