I remember an french short film on YouTube where they used an baby doll as an stunt double.

So, I proposed a trope on TLP, Obvious Body Double, which didn't seem to get any traction. Perhaps serviceable as a subtrope here?

I think there should be images for this article. Right now, I have two of them. One of them could be put on the main page, and another could be put in the Image Links section.
