In the most recent James Bond film, Skyfall, Bond is given a gun that has a biometric scanner... thingamajig that won't fire unless it is Bond holding it. Later on, a mook gets the gun, and tries to shoot him, with a pre-shot one-liner from Bond. Gun doesn't go off, mook gets killed by komodo dragon. Would this count?
