Yeah. That is weird. I think the idea of doing it is based on the fact that some anime have Delinquent characters and other anime are about Delinquents. But there's no reason to do that when other trope pages don't. Like as a comparison, pirates both show up in works and have works that are solely about them, but there isn't a split in the page.

Why is this trope page divided into "major" and "minor" characters? No other trope page that I've seen does this. Does this serve any purpose?
