This description is quite outdated. There are a lot of Cam Whores who use Twitch for gaming and OnlyFans for pr0n. And I'm pretty sure men are using OnlyFans as well.

Should this not be called "Cam Girl"?
I'm in no way an advocate of political correctness, but even so "whore" seems a needless insult to me.

True. However, this is a pre-existing term; I haven't heard of a Cam Girl and don't think it would carry the same meaning.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.

Sorry to be a Thread Necromancer, but I have heard the term "cam girl" many times — more than "cam whore." And I definitely agree with the point about changing it. Calling a cam girl a whore just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
I've been here too long. Regretting choosing this screenname ten years ago.
