Does the current page image illustrate the trope well enough? Vicky is a good example, but if you've never seen The Fairly Oddparents before, what does the picture tell you about the trope?

I suggest Vicky from Fairly Odd Parents as the page image, 'cause face it, who's the first person that comes to mind when you think of this trope?

Thinking about soft-splitting this by type:

1. Idiot Hero, does not know how to take care of child.
2. Lazy, ignores child, watches TV / chats on phone / throws party
3. Complete Monster, doing something bad to the child.
4. Card-Carrying Villain, doing something bad other than to the child (e.g., robs house).
5. Anti-Villain / Jerkass Woobie, treats child badly because of psychological reason, etc.
