Is the Retcon really that? It could be Ivy just lied to Harry when they met because it was none of his business.

Yes, it is. If it was none of Harry's business, she would have just said so instead of making up some story about it.

  • Epic Hail: Harry uses two Fireball shotgun rounds, which produce fire blasts about 200ft long and of decent width, to produce a tower of fire on the top of the hill on the island, giving Gard's helo a precise location on the island.

Considering Harry's main magic is fire, could this be specific enough to be upgraded to Bat Signal?

I don't think so. Bat Signal is a repeated, specific way to get hold of someone. Not a one-off signal flare.

Sand In My Eyes. It has no context. Where does it appear in the book? I've read Small Favor a few times and didn't catch that bit.

Rereading the end of the book, when Harry wakes up on the Water Beetle, he tells Thomas he will leave him everything in his will. To which Thomas replied, "Cool. Next time I'' leave you in the water."

Considering in just two books, Harry would be shot and fall into the waters of Lake Michigan, would the above moment count as a Cerebus Retcon?

In Screw Deestiny, the spoiler covers this part Uriel later reveals that, despite current appearances, Harry did change things for the better, since if he had acted differently, both he and Michael would have died on the island instead of Michael only being injured. But I couldn't find this in the book. Does this come from a later book?

It comes from the short story "The Warrior."
