Question about the Foil listings- should they even be there? They read more as Counterpart Comparison than anything (which is a YMMV trope in the first place) and considering Super Smash Bros. is light on narrative, I don't see how it'd apply to any of the playable characters in the first place.

Because Foil is probably the single most misused trope on the site.
People seem to think foil is "a comparison can theoretically be made between two characters" and not "a character whose differences serve to highlight aspects of another one."

Fair enough. I'll go ahead and remove Foil from this page/any others it might show up on, and look into getting some kind of cleanup project going for the trope.
