• Expy: Glenn is basically a younger version of Kiritsugu Emiya from Fate Zero. A cynical, jaded Knight in Sour Armor who survived a traumatic incident that consumed their entire village when they were younger before being saved by their future mentor, and used to have idealistic dreams of being a "Hero of Justice" before having Took A Level In Cynicism due to a life of killing. Despite being mages, both compensate for a lack of magic talent by utilizing Boring, but Practical methods, Combat Pragmatism and specializing in Mage Killer tactics, the way they dispatch their targets is unusually mundane, and their most powerful Signature Move even involves utilizing their unique inborn magic through a flintlock pistol. They're both considered terrifyingly effective at what they do best by mage society and a Jerk with a Heart of Gold that care deeply for their loved ones by those they're personal with, but while Kiritsugu hides it behind a chilling Cold Sniper persona, Glenn generally acts like a Mr. Vice Guy until he needs to drop the act and save the day.

Since I rarely see any explicit description of a character being an Expy of another by an author, I think this should be here. Even if it isn't, this still deserves to be mentioned considering just how similar they are.
