It'd be alphabetised under "Butterfield", but it doesn't seem to matter much otherwise (the Creator.Clint Eastwood page refers to him both by first name and surname).

What's the deal with leaked/unaired episodes? I'm just using the recently (from this topic's date) leaked Season 5 episodes of Game Of Thrones. I added an Awesome Moment and Nightmare Fuel entry to an as-yet-unaired episode (with spoiler tags) and it was taken down.
The troper doing so left "Do not add examples of unaired episodes" as their edit reason and mentioned that it was "Official policy of this wiki". What's the deal with these sorts of things?

It's the deal with leaks of questionable legality not being suitable for example filling.

It's all very well to say 'use the Discussion page' but as a newbie I have 2 problems with this:
1. a lot of pages (whether tropes or works) don't. All of the pages outside Administrivia I looked at over the last few days have had empty Discussion pages. Maybe this is just a remarkable coincidence and I've no doubt there are plenty of pages where it is used, but it wasn't a good start.
2. there's no procedure (that I've found) on _how_ it's supposed to work. Say I want to remove a referenced trope from a certain page because I believe the invocation is Just Plain Wrong. Do I go ahead (giving my reason) and maybe end up in an edit war? Do I politely flag my concern in the Discussion page and then sit awaiting a response? What if I receive no response? I presume only those with that work on their watchlist will even be aware of what's written to a Discussion page. What if I disagree with any response I do receive? Do I then go ahead and delete the item anyway? etc.
At what point do I holler for a moderator to decide the issue? I'm not a newbie to wikis, just this one, so I know the arguments tend to devolve into one stubborn person grinding down the opposition.

1. Yes, many discussion pages are empty or old. Generally, if you propose an edit on a discussion page then you can append something like "if there is no response within three days, I will do the edit". If more opinions are needed then you can go to Ask The Tropers and others will weigh in.
2. Generally, you can go ahead and remove the trope, using a clear edit reason. If someone wants to put it back then they can bring it to the discussion page first. If the trope was only added recently, though, consider using the discussion page first and/or PM'ing the person who added it.
Holler for a moderator when there is/has been a discussion but nobody is getting anywhere and energy is just being wasted. It's better to holler sooner rather than later; doing it via Ask The Tropers is good because regular tropers can sometimes get things moving before a mod decision is needed.

This was just added to the page:
- Do not edit another user's contributor page. This is very rude, and due to being a favorite pastime of troll vandals, it will draw scrutiny from the management upon you very quickly. (Feel free to create your own so we can get to know you, though!)
I think it's highly incorrect as written, as many tropers welcome other tropers leaving notes on their troper page. Telling people not to edit other tropers' pages is contradictory to that.

Indeed. A number of people have edited my page, for example, and it's friendly commenting that everyone understands to be fine. I am acquainted with everyone who has edited it; if one of the notes was impolite, or from someone I don't know, or edited more than the comments section, then we need to question if it's vandalism.

Should Creator articles refer to the people by the first or last name? For an article on Asa Butterfield, should I refer to him as "Asa" or "Butterfield"?
