You didn't add that much of a summary either. You might want to expand it.
The bare minimum you want is a summary, at least three tropes (with context and Cross-Wicked), and linking the page in at least one index.
How to Create a Work's Page can help further. If you are also the work's creator, further best in mind Auto-Erotic Troping and The Fic May Be Yours, but the Trope Page Is Ours

All of your tropes are Zero-Context Examples.
- Action Girl: You just say Taylor is one, but don't elaborate. Does she fight? Can you describe her fighting style, or give some examples of fights she's been in?
- Death by Adaptation: What is the source material of these characters? Do they survive in the original work? Do they die in this fanfic, and if so, how?
- What Have I Done: The example says that Taylor killed someone, but doesn't elaborate on her reaction (the important part of the trope), and the text looks like it's more about Cherish's reaction instead. Also, this should probably be listen under My God, What Have I Done?, since using redirects for no reason in trope lists is usually frowned upon.
This is why I specified context. It and grammar are the two biggest pitfalls I see most often in new page creators.
I don't see any tropes added to the page as of now. I would strongly urge that you do so ASAP, because pages have been known to get cut within days of creation if there are no tropes.
And as Zuxtron rightly says, they need to be fully fleshed out entries that are not Zero-Context Examples.
