I've been trying to find a trope to designate security systems that are actually secure. Insecurity System has dozens of tropes listed, but most of them, of course, are about flaws in security systems. What I'm looking for is in the vein of Edna Mode's costume vault in The Incredibles, which consists of a code on a keypad, a hand scanner, a retina scanner, and then a voice check that will deploy a machine gun on anyone not named among the entrants. Or from iCarly, in the episode iSaved Your Life, the authorization code Mrs. Benson set up for Freddie's room while he's recovering from a car accident is 46 digits long. Basically, security bordering on ludicrous, the better to protect what's within.
The only trope that fits is Crazy-Prepared, which seems a little too broad, with Tailor-Made Prison and Death Course being the closest second and third I can find. Is this a trope?
