I sent a warning to the creator of the page.
So over on the side under resources, there's a drop down menu called "Tools". At the top of that list is the cut list. Click on that, and you'll be given a template. In that template, you'll type in the namespace of the page (so in this case, FanficRecs/SavingBlitzo), as well as the cut reason, then click "Doom it". The mods will cut it eventually.
In the future, if you find a stub page like this, you can just go straight there - the cut list doesn't require ATT approval.
