Some ideas:
Sudden Game Interface - If it meets some very specific circumstances; do read the article to see if it's what you're thinking.
Stat-O-Vision - Usually with the help of some kind of electronic device, such as a character who wears a glass eyepiece that projects such status bars for their sight only.
Sudden Videogame Moment - If it's temporary, and usually for the sake of a joke or to make a point.
A non-interactive medium shows status bars or other video game elements onscreen.
