To play devil's advocate, it does seem like they were confused and thought the Broken Pedestal entry was implying Obi-Wan was morally grey, rather than the Jedi Order, based on their edit reason for that one.
The rest of the edits are silly and obviously wrong, but that one at least seemed to be actual misunderstanding. Doesn't excuse them but I wanted to point it out.

On Characters.Star Wars Obi Wan Kenobi, Tempest Fury deleted
the Broken Pedestal entry with no edit reason. I restored it because there was no reason given for deletion. Fury deleted it again.

The Chessmaster entry with no reason, which I also restored because there was no deletion reason. They just deleted it again.
They also made a factually incorrect claim in the second deletion's reason; Fury said Obi-Wan didn't want Luke to kill Vader, but 1:38-1:47 of this video
proves otherwise because Obi-Wan said that the Emperor already won after Luke said he couldn't kill his own father. And this isn't the first time
Fury edit warred over whitewashing the Jedi.
