First, this kind of topic seems a bit more at home in Trope Talk.

Moving on to your question though, I don't think 13 is enough. By contrast, how many have people have written fics crossing it with Supernatural?

^ Would it? This is about one example, not the entire trope.

As for how many crossovers there are with Supernatural, at the moment there are 22.

Maybe? Your question is referring to the scope of the trope, after all. Maybe is this an example would be more accurate?

Going back to the topic, Common Crossover doesn't list any criteria other than "fans make crossovers a lot", but it sounds like it'd be a proportion thing? Like looking at just numbers, 13 and 22 don't seem like a lot, but what about in the context of how many Glee/American Horror Story/Supernatural fics there are in general? Were most of the crossover fics written around the same time or over a period of time? Things like that.

Common Crossover isn't MOST common crossover, so the entry just needs to be changed so it isn't exclusive. A child for Glee and a child for Supernatural.

13 crossovers is a lot when we're talking about a Musical Dramady and a Horror Anthology. Plus, we're just talking about Fanfiction Dot Net. I'm sure there are a lot more on other sites.

Well, searching "Glee American Horror Story on Ao3" only turns up 19, and a couple aren't really crossovers. Looking at the 'include fandoms' function for Glee shows that no AHS show cracks the top list. It's hard to say for AHS as the include fandom link is clogged up with the individual series.

I don't think this lends itself well to a hard number basis; it really depends on the size of the fandom. 13 would not be common for something that has 100,000 fics on AO 3, but it would be common for something that has 100.
