Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread

It’s just Averted Trope. Shouldn’t be listed as the trope is not omnipresent.
A movie that is in canon with its source material and acts as a feature-length episode is The Movie.
When most movies in the series are Non-Serial Movies but a few are canon, like Dragon Ball and One Piece, then it's OK to list aversions along with straight examples on the Non-Serial Movie trope page and potentially the franchise page. But on pages for individual movies, it's better to list The Movie and explain where it fits in continuity.

Before posting this at Projects: Short Term, thought I'd ask here.
I've seen examples of Non-Serial Movie used as:
and some detail on its canonicity.
However, as I'm not entirely familiar with the source material for some, and don't want an Edit War, if anyone could help me, I'd appreciate it, as there seems to be a fair amount of entries like this.
