Might be the 10th Doctor two-parter "Silence in the Library"/"Forest of the Dead".
Maybe, but the clips of that two-parter I can find don't match what I'm remembering. Of course, maybe the full thing has a scene like that and I haven't seen the whole thing (although funnily enough, Silence in the Library actually did scare me as a kid as well, I couldn't watch past the skull scene)
Although if it helps, the dead skeletons didn't appear immediately after the people were shown alive, there was a fair bit of time in between

Shot in the dark, could it be the skeletal Dalek puppets from “Asylum Of The Daleks”?
Actually, the skeletons were in a well lit room with white walls, the girl screaming was shot in the dark. I haven't seen Asylum of the Daleks, but this memory is likely from 2010-2011-ish, so probably not because that episode was from 2012

It sounds to me like "The Long Game". That has a space station control room where several corpses, including skeletons, are sitting around plugged in.

There was one Doctor Who episode that scared me as a kid. Well, actually, several, but I know what most of them were, and then there's this one that I don't know the title of. And no, this moment wasn't listed on the show's Nightmare Fuel page last time I checked. It was an episode of the new series (considering how old I was at the time, it was probably either a 9th or 10th Doctor episode, though the slight possibility of being an 11th Doctor episode is there, and the scene that scared me involved a futuristic looking room filled with skeletons (the episode earlier showed the same room, but the people were alive. The room with skeletons may have had ice in it as well, but I don't remember) and then it showed a girl screaming in a somewhat dark room.
Does anyone know what episode this was?
