Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
Yep, just as long as it's not just a porn fic.
Current Project: Incorruptible Pure PurenessOnly condition when you're making a page for your own work is that you cannot add YMMV entries. Those are for the readers to judge.
YMMV entries can only be added if they happen In-Universe. In other words, if people in a fic have completely different opinions of a movie, then they are an In-Universe Broken Base, and thus can be added in the main page. But make sure that you add In-Universe or "in-universe" in the explanation if you do such a thing.

Yeah, sure, go ahead. You're allowed to trope your own works. Just make sure you understand that once the page is out there, you won't have any control or ownership over it — anyone is allowed to edit it, and any editor will have the same rights and privileges as you. This is why it's a bad idea to make Word of God statements for your own work on its wiki page. You are also not allowed to create or add items to a YMMV subpage or related subpages, and you may not review your own work or add recommendations for your own work.
There's also no take backs, if you decide later you don't want a trope page after all. See The Fic May Be Yours, but the Trope Page Is Ours for more details.

I know you can make them, you can even make pages for your own fics, but is there a minimum? Can I just make pages for any fanfic so long as it's a well made page?
