The TVTropes Trope Finder is where you can come to ask questions like "Do we have this one?" and "What's the trope about...?" Trying to rediscover a long lost show or other medium but need a little help? Head to Media Finder and try your luck there. Want to propose a new trope? You should be over at You Know, That Thing Where.
I don't think we have this exactly, but the we have something similar in Protagonist-Centered Morality.
Unreliable Narrator and Sympathetic P.O.V.
Combines with the closely related Mr. Imagination and Through the Eyes of Madness in the "It's all in Scott's head" interpretation of the RPG Mechanics 'Verse setting.
Unreliable Narrator and Sympathetic P.O.V. work, thank you!
Also, the "it's all in Scott's head" interpretation has been proven wrong anyways. At least in the Urban Legend of Zelda "Serial killer" ending, where it was simply a joke made by Edgar and not an actual ending.

It's a little hard to explain... But do we have a trope for when the world of a character relies solely on the point of view of the protagonist?
I shall use Scott Pilgrim as an example. It has been stated by Word of God that the Scott Pilgrim universe is "just the world as seen from Scott’s point of view. Without Scott at the center, it would be a different universe". It has also been stated at one point that other characters don't get much development as Jason Schwartzman was told that he didn't need to play the "real" Gideon, so he wasn't given much depth for that specific reason.
