A sole troper cannot rename a trope. If you think there's something wrong with a trope's name, you can bring it up in the Trope Repair Shop
but you'll need a really good reason for it.

I've looked at the Trope Repair Shop and it's all about tropes that are actually broken. Which makes sense.
Is there any mechanism for proposing a name change cause it's just better? I mean, Caws for alarm has got to be an improvement on Creepy Crows. I hope.
^ No. There's not. If a name isn't causing misuse, there's no cause for changing it.
