WMG is for speculating on potential plot development. Since there isn't much narrative to Kidz Bop, a WMG page isn't really interesting or relevant. Most tropes on the main page are about how the covered songs were changed compared to the original version, so if the page was speculating on which lyrics will be changed, that might count, but that has the potential for snark, so I'm not sure if it would really be OK.

Headscratchers is for discussing plot points that seemingly don't make sense. "Why didn't they cover song X" is complaining about an out-of-universe creative decision, which is misuse of the namespace.

As someone who participated in the thread Burke linked, I can tell you that "What song is going to be on the next album?" is not a WMG. That's something that can easily be put into a forum thread.

And there was a ban evader that frequented the Kidz Bop pages, which didn't help matters.

Keep in mind, there's a bug with the cutlist that means only the oldest cutting reason is shown, even if it was made years ago for a rejected cut attempt. It's always possible the "complaint" reasoning is outdated.
