That would fall under Big, Stupid Doodoo-Head.
I think that Dghorh was just indicating a style of insult that follows the "you're so (blank) that you (blank)" and not indicating the insulter losing their train of thought in the middle of taunting.
Looking through the Insult Tropes directory, I don't see anything that precisely fits.
I'll try to make one, but I'm trying to find a title that doesn't sound like a Stock Phrase.
I'm mainly a fan of underrated media.
That's sort of the problem, what you're describing is a stock phrase.
@Battlemaster losing their train of thought mid-insult would be Metaphorgotten and or Derailed Train of Thought depending on how it happens. Big, Stupid Doodoo-Head is the catch all for really, really lame insults of the "yeah, well you're ugly" sort.

An insult trope of the format: "You're so stupid/ugly/something else you..." I know we have Your Mom, Volleying Insults, You Fight Like a Cow, but none of these really describe this trope, I think. Can I make one in the TLP?
