Nine times out of ten the answer to "why hasn't anyone done X" is "No one has done X, yet".
That said, this may be time number 10, because NightmareFuel.RWBY is locked from editing for, if I'm remembering correctly, rampant mis- and over-use; reaching a point where nearly anything and everything was being listed as Nightmare Fuel.
To add something to it now, I don't know if you'd need to go through Nightmare Fuel cleanup and maintenance
or Locked Pages: Lock, UnLock and Edit requests, or possibly both.

It was indeed locked due to misuse and edit warring against our cleanup efforts. Examples need to be pitched at the thread because of it.
