I've been using Character 1 and Character 2 for a year now and no one's ever complained before. Sometimes my examples require Character 3, 4, 5, etc...
If I keep receiving rude comments, there won't be a next time. I have no interest in arguing, and as I explained before, TV Tropes is a hobby of mine that I do for fun. I've received practically nothing but attitude since I began supporting the community on here, so I'll say this again. If no one wants my help, then fine. I'll leave and take my 50+ examples with me.

That wasn't all that rude, they were just giving you advice to make your comments easier to understand. I'll admit sometimes I have trouble knowing exactly what you want because you're asking for some very specific things, so using character names helps clear things up a bit. That's all.

It was rude to me. And you know what's hilarious? I was literally just thinking that War Jay and Miin U were the only users that haven't been rude to me.
Literally every user has been rude to me either here or in the examples thread. I'm really just sick and tired of it now, and I have better things to do, as well. Like I said, this place was a fun hobby on the side, but it hasn't been fun at all.

I wasn't trying to be rude, I was trying to calmly defuse the situation by explaining what 4tell was doing and why I think it's a valid point to make, but if you want to rage quit, fine, be my guest, I can't stop you if you won't calm down and listen to reason.

Lol, it was only a matter of time before you went the "whatever you big baby im telling mom!" route. You can't tell if I'm calm or not. I wasn't typing in caps or anything, so there's no basis to that. Also, instead of just being nice and saying you didn't mean to sound rude, of course, just of course, you had to say "Be my guest and rage quit we don't need you anyway!" That is, truly, how to shrink a community, so congratulations again. I'm going to tell all my friends to never use this place.
I'm not even angry. I'm actually laughing because I've seen this so many times before. A person trying to help a community and being chased off by all of the other users being pointlessly rude and over sensitive. You know, if you would have just been friendly about it... Ah, well.
I really do have nearly 100 examples. Your community is missing a lot of things, so good luck adding them all. Maybe in another 100 years you'll finally have enough users to add all of those examples I have because I'm so spread out in the forms of entertainment that I like.
I probably won't be coming back to reply here again as this has become a really big waste of my day off. I no longer care about this community. You can say or do whatever you want, I really don't care. I just wanted to get this rant off my chest.

Character 1 is asking Character 2 questions, but Character 2 is just giving stock answers because they're not really paying attention to Character 1.
Character 1 probably notices this a few questions in, causing them to start asking ridiculous questions, which Character 2 continues to answer nonchalantly.
Character 1 eventually asks an extremely ridiculous question, which will either cause Character 2 to snap out of it with a "Wait, what?!" type of reaction, or they will just give another stock response and go about their day.
