that shouldn't need to be said. ROCEJ is never not in effect. there's absolutely no need for that to be there. if the page gets bad enough, or if it's hard enough to keep hate off of it, it can get the Sonichu treatment and get locked.

Make be worth having a commented out editors note that it's a show that attracts heated reactions so keep the ROCEJ doubly in mind, but having the disclaimer just there on the page might be a little much.

Drawing from razorrozar7's comment, that warning just makes me wonder if BossHamHam, who added it, thinks that are places where ROCEJ isn't in full effect.

Would it make sense to have a list of controversial topics that should be checked for ROCEJ violations regularly? If it means anything, The Other Wiki has one.
