There's Obliviously Evil, but if there's a trope for "mistaken for criminal/creep" he'll be an example too
We can never truly eradicate the coronavirus, but we can suppress its threat like influenza

A character is completely unaware of the implications (unfortunate or not) what they say or do, especially if everyone around them does.
In this case, the police get reports of a creepy-looking guy skulking around a children's playground. They send someone to investigate, and he sees a windowless white van pull up, a guy in a Conspicuous Trenchcoat get out and st on a bench, staring fixedly at the kids on the playground. The cop goes to find out what's going on, but notices the guy never takes his eyes off the kids. Finally it's revealed the guy is actually babysitting his niece, and when asked why he keeps his eyes on her, replies it's because you hear about child predators everywhere and he's damned if one of those is getting her on his watch (with his other traits being easily explained, the van because it's his only vehicle, the coat because he thought it might rain, etc.).
So here the guy is completely oblivious to the fact that his every action leads to him being Mistaken for Pedophile despite it being obvious to anyone else.
