What Characters and Casting tropes fit these two scenarios:

A new series set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe with a Canon Foreigner as a protagonist has a cast of largely, new, unknown actors and is there an audience reaction trope for the show's high production values?.
A new series that's a Spin-Off of Grey's Anatomy is also confirmed by Word of God to also be within the canon of Marvel Cinematic Universe despite the very different nature of the franchises. It's in two separate canons, simultaneously, basically. I thought Intercontinuity Crossover would fit but am I wrong?

Not sure for the first one.
