It seems to be an administrative lock that's not temporary. If I can get the attention of the higher-ups, I can at least get them to give a momentary unlock so I can redirect the page to match the other redirects I did.
^ Ask in the thread that was linked. That is specifically what that thread is for: asking the mods to make edits to locked pages. The mods will see it.

Hello. Since the Sonic the Hedgehog movie was delayed from 2019 to 2020, I made sure to post redirects to all the appropriate pages, including Characters, WMG, Trivia, and Fridge. However, when I tried doing this to the YMMV page, I noticed it was locked. Can it be unlocked just to redirect it to the new article page? Thank you.
