Tropes Are Flexible - its the same idea, take out the leader, the followers fall into chaos (at least temporarily)
(There's a reason The Art Of War is recommended reading for anyone in a leadership role- not all "armies" wield literal weapons, and not all "wars" are fought with them.)

So A House Divided ensues when an organisation's single leader, who was holding everything together, is removed. The rest are incompetent, backstabbing or just need some time to learn the ropes. So somewhere between A House Divided, You Are in Command Now and Keystone Army. Is there a trope like that?
