I think there could be a separate trope for puffed-out cheeks (better run better run, outrun my gun) in general, not just as part of an attack, like when a little kid holds their breath or a Dizzy Gillespie-type musician or royal crier in medieval times blows into a trumpet.

Is there a trope or tropes for the thing(s) where a character gives the following warning signs that they are about to use a Breath Weapon, 1. puffing their cheeks out 2. Closing their eyes 3. puffing their chest out & finally 4 leaning their head way back. Like the following images cheeks only
