Carnival of Killers, perhaps Overzealous Underling
We can never truly eradicate the coronavirus, but we can suppress its threat like influenzaI don't think Carnival of Killers really focuses on the sanity of either the employer or the employees. I'm thinking more like a mentally stable person intentionally seeking out Ax-Crazy workers. And Overzealous Underling would be a possible result of this.
Maybe in Only Sane Man or Beleaguered Boss.
That implies that the boss is constantly frustrated with the employees (which may or may not be true in the scenario I'm thinking of). Basically, a laconic version of it would be this:
A controlled and mentally stable employer deliberately takes command of psychotic employees.
The fanfic The Bridge kind of has an example of what I'm talking about listed on the Psycho for Hire page.
Edited by ClownPrince47I'm bringing this back just to be sure there isn't such a trope because if not, I'll be attempting to write up a launch pad entry for it.
My friend and I were talking about this and I was wondering if there was a trope that existed for when a relatively level-headed boss has mainly Psychos for Hire as employees? I'm not talking about one Psycho for Hire, I mean when the boss employs only psychos or just has mostly psychos under their command. Has anyone noticed any specific instances of such a trope?
