Carnival of Killers, perhaps Overzealous Underling

I don't think Carnival of Killers really focuses on the sanity of either the employer or the employees. I'm thinking more like a mentally stable person intentionally seeking out Ax-Crazy workers. And Overzealous Underling would be a possible result of this.

That implies that the boss is constantly frustrated with the employees (which may or may not be true in the scenario I'm thinking of). Basically, a laconic version of it would be this:

A controlled and mentally stable employer deliberately takes command of psychotic employees.

The fanfic The Bridge kind of has an example of what I'm talking about listed on the Psycho for Hire page.

I'm bringing this back just to be sure there isn't such a trope because if not, I'll be attempting to write up a launch pad entry for it.
